Last night the Headley Venue at Thornton (a 40th wedding anniversary) and the happy couple renewed their wedding vows! Mark Memphis provided the live entertainment with his superb singing and Elvis Tribute act . Tonight its Herriots at Skipton. The fun starts at 7!

New wash lighting!

(Thats what's making everything look pink or blue or green. Lights can also be set to change colour with the sound of the music!)
We also have a power
ful moonflower type lamp that is providing a bit of movement! All lighs are L.E.D so do not get
hot. Nice and safe!

Donna Summer, Soft Cell, Bryan Adams, Franki Valli, Bon Jovi, U2, Don Henley, Earth Wind and Fire , Mud, Erasure, Depeche Mode, Tina Turner, just a few of the artists that were played at an absolutely fabulous 60th birthday party we DJ'd at very recently. It all happened at a great venue , Headingley Golf Club at Adel. If you are looking for a party DJ who specialises in entertaining audiences of all ages then look no further!

And we think its a lot better than letting an ipod do the work!
How many parties have you been to where an ipod was exclusively used and all the guests said they had a great night? And that is priceless........
Ever tried asking an ipod for a request? They are a great idea, but for a party?

Last night we had a great gig alongside the fantastic Gunlaw Rock band at Squires Cafe Bar at Sherburn in Elmet. The gig was for the Victory Motorcycle owners club. Heres the bass player downing a bottle of vodka he won in the half time raffle.....it wasnt a fix. Honest.

Tonight we are in Chesterfield.
A wedding at Casa hotel. To say we get everywhere is an understatement. In November we are ' on the wirral' or so i have been told what to call it when you are at that sticky out bit of land just below Liverpool.

It’s not as expensive as you think!

If you want to book a DJ for your event can i suggest its better to book sooner rather than later. All DJs who decided to pack it in during the pandemic (and to be honest i can understand why) are obviously not about anymore. So you have a smaller pool of DJs to choose from.
The demand for DJ services at the moment is really high!
RPD Sound and Light have never been so busy......
So if you are thinking of planning a function in the next few months i would suggest to book now to avoid disappointment.

This is not just a pushy advert from RPD Sound and Light. I am just trying to help.
