High summer arrangement. Sometimes you have some beautiful containers/vases tucked away somewhere and you don’t really know what to pop into them. We all have those. When working in the floral shop, many moons ago, l arranged flowers for the weekend in vessels and they always would simply fly off to homes and it was so lovely to create them and know that they were very much appreciated for all occasions. I do think customers like ready made floral arrangements. They look just easy on the eye and someone else has done the work for you ☺️l grew the bishops lace last year from the garden and dried that away from the light and it just gives a little bit of interest and will last for years, if kept away from natural light

I realise that l haven’t popped any wreaths up, it seems a while. This one was made from ingredients all in my sisters garden in Germany, about a hundred years ago, thats also since we last saw each other. Loved making this for her front door in the autumn

The little sweet phlox, which l grow over the spring this year, is still growing. Over the autumn time last year, l nurtured these, so pleased that l did this, as it still is going - sweet. My big rose and my favourite, really hates the rain, is so beautiful, just now and the perfume is just glorious. They sit on the kitchen table and bring an element of just what nature can do, even at this time of the year. Autumn is a beautiful time.

Little touches are everything, especially for a wedding. These gorgeous roses were for the bridal party, which l was very kindly asked to do and all their wedding flowers. I really do love to create wedding flowers for couples. Photography was by taken by myself, before they went off to the venue
