We add a personal touch to our recipes and menu to make you feel comfortable trying something new and different. WHY NOT TRY TO COOK JAPANESE FOOD BY YOURSELF? Why not try to cook Japanese food by yourself in your own kitchen using your daily

ingredients? We offer cooking lessons for everyone, regardless of age or experience! Our kitchen is in Bedford, but we will also come to your kitchen to show you how to cook. TAGAMO is a catering business managed by MM Japan. Our kitchen has been authorised and rated with a food hygiene rating of 5 by the Food Standards Agency, Bedford Borough Council.

Kaki and shimeji 🍄 tossed in tofu and roasted sesame sauce,
Mackerel fish 🐟 simmered in ginger miso dashi stock.
Apple compote🍎,
Gobo and beef steak nimono, and more!!

Upside down caramelised apple victoria sponge

Made with Braeburn apples from my neighbour's garden.

I used:

100g sugar and
30g butter to caramelise 5 apples

For the sponge:
100g butter,
100g sugar,
2 eggs,
100g plain flour and
1tsp baking powder

Baked in a 20 cm cake tin.
