I’ve never been a pro at piped cakes but I’ve gave it my best shot.

This cake started of a disaster as my tin broke in the oven so had to remake in a ten inch round tins and carve a heart so I can now do any size heart shape as it actually was better than my heart tin. A positive from a negative but I’m glad how it turned out glad the customer liked it.

This cake definitely gave me a few grey hairs 🤣🤣 and tears lol not gonna lie baking in this heat is not fun lol everything doesn’t go how you want it to.

This cake was a strawberry flavoured cake with strawberry jam and strawberry buttercream in centre

Lemon sponge and lemon curd and lemon buttercream
Then chocolate cake and chocolate buttercream.
