Anyone else feel time speeding up?! It’s a bit like I blink & it’s treat box week 😂🙈

Chocolate Cherry Cheatscake 🍒

Gluten free chocolate biscuit base.
Layers of dairy free creamy, fruity cherry & chocolate cashew nut-buttercream.
A smooth, rich raw cacao ganache.
Topped off & decorated with extra nut-buttercream, freeze dried cherry pieces, fresh cherries & cacao nibs.

Safe to say yesterday’s event with was a success!

It was so great to meet lots of new people and see some lovely familiar faces 🥰

A huge thank you to Amy and team for creating such a fantastic event. And to for the loan of her counter tops - they gave us a swish feel, to for her unwavering support and hard work and of course a massive thanks to all those who came along, tasted, chatted with us and supported my small business 🙌🤩

We took over 16 different treats with us, a lot of which were sell outs!

Our new Pudding Pot had its debut - similar to the cheatscake but softer, more spoonable, with a cakey bottom and fruity centre - Raspberry & Lemon and Chocolate Cherry “Divine!” 😋

Had fun making (refined sugar free) candied choc oranges this week. They’re not ‘raw’ as you cook them to reduce bitterness & soften them but cor blimey 👀 they’re delicious & hopefully you’ll love them too!
