Today marks one year since I was last able to perform magic due to my back injury.

I miss performing so much, I miss the reactions, I miss you all!

Hopefully I'll be back after my surgery on 2nd October

I don't even know where to begin with this but the truth is that I haven't performed in a year due to an awful chronic back problem.

Those that know me know that mental health is very close to my heart.

I've been asked on to Radio Solent tomorrow morning to speak about the instantly iconic moment when the Glastonbury crowd supported Lewis Capaldi as he struggled to sing at the weekend.

Performing an hour long "cabaret" show at Peter & Josephine's intimate wedding in September was both an honour and a genuinely hilarious experience .

It's not every show that finishes with the audience swarming to either hug you or shake your hand - I'll take it 😍

Alex and Reece deserved the perfect big day and by golly they got it.

Their guests were funny, challenging, and full of banter, I had simply the best time being part of this epic celebration.

I'm back?
Not going to lie, getting back to performing at a wedding felt strange.

It had been 666 days since my last performance which I didn't take as an omen.

I think it would have been weird if I hadn't have been a little nervous but honestly performing again was AMAZING.

I'd only ever performed a full stage show at Sunninghill before so was brilliant to do magic at a wedding.

Ami and Matt, and their guests, were funny, friendly, at times highly inappropriate (you know who you are 😉) and most of all they loved my performance.

There were hugs all round!
