Whilst our new van is awaiting a build slot for at least a year, this noble steed of a trailer will be lugging the load for events for some time. I'll knock the rust off my trailer manoeuvring skills in no time!

Devon wedding today with hanging chicken shawarma on the big Pit Barrel UK PBX front and centre with a Pico de Gallo salsa for the wedding breakfast.
Some pulled beef and our mac and cheese, potato wedges, slaw, and salad staples and some pulled jackfruit for the non meat main.

Before we get properly stuck into prep for this week's event, we sadly lost one of our own recently very unexpectedly. Many of our previous clients would have met Ben at your events.
We paid our respects at his funeral today but he will continue to be deeply missed and we all feel for his family.
Whether a charcoal smear across his face, or talking someone's ear off in the buffet queue whilst trying to get their food, he was always excited to get stuck in, cheerful and chatty to anyone that would listen, thank you for your help over the years and rest in peace Ben x

Tacos, Tortillas, posh kebab type things! Whatever you want to call them our pork al pastor and chicken shawarma go down a treat as evening food or for wedding breakfast.

It was gender split yesterday for two events, ladies serving up their buffet, gents making tacos

100% on site barrel cook today for the meats which means I had plenty of time to get some pics; picanha, whole chickens, and pork ribs, with veg medley, mixed wedges, jambalaya and cauli 'belly' bites as mains for Ve/Vg guests, our sauces and real chimichurri.
Also broke in our new Pit Barrel UK great to have these over here now for huge capacity.

Multiple meats today including ribs off the drum, and our gumbo dish for veggies and vegans. We remembered some photos and no evening food for first time in while so wedding breakfast with a relatively early finish. Bit of an evening off before the clean up tomorrow 😬😀

This was a 22 hour day yesterday so back to scattergun pictures unfortunately. Yesterday's brisket, ribs, and shredded chicken, the vegan items of pulled jackfruit and cauliflower 'belly' bites and 2 of our drum smokers and 1of our charcoal cabinets.
We're getting through 2020's postponements and this year's new events but still booked up until November.
