FAQS

• Can I install the inflatable dome marquee on uneven surfaces?
If you have an uneven service, you can count on us to find a solution. Please ensure you mention this when you enquire. This may require a visit prior to confirming the booking.

• Are your marquees suitable for winter events?
Yes, our marquees can be used during the winter since they are well insulated. We also provide additional fan heaters if required on request as an extra.

• Could an inflatable dome marquee cause damage to pipes or cables underneath?
If pipework or cabling is near the surface, damage is possible when we anchor the dome using ground pegs. Make sure you tell us in advance if any water mains or electrical cabling are close to the ground to avoid any damage to surrounding groundwork.

• Are your marquees waterproof?
Yes of course. Our marquees are designed and setup to ensure no water leakage during your event.

• What if the weather is really bad?
The marquee is waterproof, and we can also look to anchor the igloo from additional points should the weather become too bad. Health and Safety is key at events, and we want to ensure you have the safest and most enjoyable event you can. However, sometimes unfortunately the weather can get in the way, and we may have to move the time, date or even evacuate the marquee at your event.
• Do we need a generator?
Most of our structures can be powered using normal mains electricity but we do require this within a certain distance of the marquee. Sometimes it can be better to hire a generator. Just speak to us and we will be able to advise what is best.
• What services are included in the cost of the inflatable dome hire?
The cost of marquee rental includes:
1. Transportation to the venue
2. Installation (both to and from the venue)
3. Built in LED light around the dome
4. Heating arrangement (if opted for)
5. Uninstallation
• Can I theme my inflatable Marquee?
Absolutely! Our inflatable marquees come with built in LED, so you can choose the colour that matches the theme you want! All of our LED furniture can be set to to the colour theme you want, just let us know during your enquiry. You can also pair your marquee hire with our range of packages including dancefloors, bars, cocktail chairs and much more!

For any additional services such as decor, do let us know in your enquiry.

• Are your marquess Soundproof?
Our igloos have a 0.5m wall of air which keeps sound in and out. It also creates fabulous acoustics and will keep your guests warm no matter what the British weather throws at them.

• Do the Marquees open up at the back?
Yes, they do. This offers an additional emergency exit, as well as air flow and an artist’s entrance into the marquee.

• How long does it take to setup and remove?
This is purely dependent on the location, site access and surface type on which you want to position the marquee. As our marquess are inflatable, they are much more efficiently and easily set up, and take half the time of a standard marquee. Depending on your package, setup and removal times range from 2-3 hours.

• When will my Igloo be set up?
We are totally flexible. When planning our clients’ events, we appreciate that everyone is different, and we aim to make the experience as stress-free as possible. Speak to us to discuss what works best for you.

• Do I have to book in advance?
It is advisable that you book as soon as possible. Our marquees are very popular and the longer you leave it, the bigger the chance that your preferred date and procurements will be taken.

• Are you insured?
We are fully insured for the ex*****on of events across the UK. We can provide documentation, on request.

• How much are the Marquees?
Every event is unique so it’s difficult to give an exact figure. Prices start from £1500 for our standard Marquee.
