Catering for 250 Guests for Samworth Brothers Staff Night!

We were very happy this Saturday to cater for 250 guests for Samworth Brothers Staff Night!

The delicious food on offer included Canapés Tomato and Mozzarella Sticks and Salmon Blinis and an array of sandwiches and wraps, the ever popular vegetarian samosas, paneer makhani and a very tasty chicken curry and finishing off with Gulab Jamun

We had customers returning for seconds and even a few for thirds!

We recreated our customers Street Food favourites from good old classics Pau Bhaji to Pani Puri. Using our Street Food Stalls all the dishes were crowd pleasers. All of the dishes were Vegan and the 250 guests were spoilt for choice. One of the busiest stalls was the Vegan Waffle Stick one, the guests just could not get enough!

If a laid back vibe is more your event style, then this is right up your street. Replace the traditional sit down meal with funky street food catering. This is where guests can grab and go and have fun.

Fusion Blend were happy today to celebrate the 70th birthday of a new Customer, in Leicester.

The menu for today included Delicious Dahi Wada, Piquant Pani Puri, Perky Pau Bhaji rolls, Classic Crispy Bhajia, Mouth Watering Mini Dosa & Perfect Pizza!

It was so pleasing to hear compliment after compliment about the food!
