Peach Fuzz 🍑
Peach tones creeping into our consultations this week. It’s the 2024 Pantone colour of the year, and we love to see it. Here’s some inspiration on how to incorporate it into your day!
1. Dress - I mean need I say more, the champagne spray also the perfect accessory
• Photography
• Dress .london
3. Pair it with another colour to make them both pop. In this case the cornflower blue is just the perfect pairing
4. Bouquets with lots of texture and again another pairing of rusts make it a really earthy palate to work with
• Photography
5. Trailing cascading foliages paired with the perfect peach pop
• Photography
6. More whole floral peach tones, but this time paired with the infamous handdipped candlesticks
• Photography
7. More of what I said in point 6, but with a peach linen chair back
• Photography
8. Because an epic dress needs some epic flowers, my favourite in particular in this bouquet is the butterfly ranunculus. It gives such a gorgeous shade of peach & has all the wobbly texture you can dream of

Spring bouquets never looked so cute 🌸🐣🌷💛
It’s very popular for couples to choose to have bridesmaids bouquets as a smaller version of the brides. Jenny chose to pick a highlight flower, the tulip, paired with brownie sweetpeas for the perfect springtime bundle.
Your arrangements are seen from all angles, and photographed. It’s so important for an arrangement, bouquet, archway (the list goes on) to look pretty from every angle, even if it is “the back”. The back is often one of the most photographed angles, like this of Kirsten walking into meet her groom. A moment that looks beautiful from every angle because the floristry has been well considered.
When booking with your florists, this is the kind of experience & expertise you might not see initially, but something you can rely on the professionals to think of the smaller details.

Days like today make you need colours like this ❤️🔥
One of our last weddings of the summer before we closed briefly for our maternity. Feels like yesterday and a million years ago all at once. Such a hot beautiful summers day for this palate.
Our hurricane lanterns come in black or gold and both are a beautiful choice for a crisp and elegant feel. You can’t ever go wrong with candles.
Our last one of 2023, was for Martha & Tom. Winter weddings at Jesmond Dene House have such a cosy & intimate setting, this set up was perfect ✨

Catherine & Michaels album taking me back to the start of the summer (& slight ptsd from the anemones, florists will understand). One of my most favoured and hated flowers in one, to get these to open up for one, but then not too open is a skill let me tell you 🖤
How much does Catherine’s bouquet suit her, so beautiful!

So it’s not often the buttonholes get a place on the grid (often overshadowed by bigger installations). But this one deserves it, don’t you think?
Finally got round to downloading Catherine & Michael’s album from last May & the shots are so gorgeous.

Chairs adorned with chiffon drops & thin black ribbon. Pew ends tied in an elegant black bow & styled by one of our black hurricane lanterns 🖤
The level of detail for this wedding might go unnoticed by some, but it brings it all together & that speaks for itself.

WEDDING TREND: long stemmed bouquets ✨
After taking off slowly in 2021, they’ve gradually got more & more popular and it’s easy to see why. The long stem compliment’s & accentuates your frame, making it a super modern, crisp & refined bouquet choice. As beautifully modelled by Luisa on her wedding day in December.

Top tables ✨
Long & Lows are always a favourite for a top table arrangement, but spreading them to the full width of your table comes with the price tag. A lovely way to extend the styling is to continue the piece with candles of varying heights and pillar candles to match the colours like this dusky pink variety & mixed tea lights

OUR SERVICES
We offer a range of services, however there are two main focuses in our work; floristry and hire items.
Our hire items are mainly occupants to your flowers, for example vases, table runners and chair backs. However, we do understand that every wedding needs to be unique, therefore we offer a number of different styling props to guide this process, including elegant, rustic and industrial styled decorations.
Our floristry is tailored around you and your wedding ideas. We provide a tailor-made experience by offering a free appointment, where you will have a designated time to talk through your flowers and expectations for your big day. The appointment will enable us to work with you to develop your ideas, individual style and to turn your dreams into a reality.
