As we enter the new year I’ve been looking back on 2023, wow! I did a lot, and I’m proud.

This is just some of the wedding work I completed single handed through what was quite a rough year for me personally. Its easy to feel I didn’t achieve much but when I look back on these I realise how hard I’ve worked and I was a part of so many couples happy days which I love.

The 2024 wedding diary isn’t as full as last year and I already seem to have more booked for 2025 instead 🤔 (maybe the universe giving me the break I need this year) but please get in touch if you are getting married this year!

As well as weddings I’ve also been so busy with bouquets and funeral orders as and when I could, I’m not so sure in which direction I’m taking the shop side of the business just now as I figure some things out but I look forward to seeing what 2024 brings!

Thanks to all my customers and brides past and new, I wish all of you a happy and healthy 2024 🥂🌸

Bluebells is 10years 🎈old today! 10years ago I took a leap of faith quit my job and started a florist business, and now after hundreds of weddings, thousands of bouquets, 3 babies and a pandemic later! ..I’m feeling so proud that I took the chance and kept at it.

It’s definitely not been easy and at times I’ve wondered if it was all worth it especially whilst trying to raise 3 little humans! But with the support of my family, customers and other people along the way I’ve done it!

I’ve kept things ticking over for the past couple of years mainly working from behind closed doors, doing what I can whilst bringing up the babies but after this summer I plan to open the doors properly again and welcome customers back into the shop with a new shop renovation which I’m feeling very excited about! 🎈💐 and hopefully I’ll get better at the social media side of things too 🙈
