🏹🎯 WIN a FREE Archery day AT YOUR SCHOOL!!!!

🏫🏫🧑‍🎓 Whether you're getting ready to go back to school, or looking forward to the start of the half term break, here's a competition for you!!!!

That's right, we're running a competition for a free day with our team, at your school! The competition is open to all UK mainland schools, with the prize suitable for year 5 upwards.

For schools further than 50 miles from our Talkin Tarn Country Park base, there will be a travel charge, but otherwise this is a full day, with 3 quality archery sessions for up to 36 children in a day.

In around a week's time, we'll be opening the voting for all nominated schools on our website.

Are you interested in giving back to the community?

As a result of higher demand for our services and an increase in capabilities. NCRRT are looking for your help, either working as part of the operational team involved with searching for and rescue of persons requiring our help, or part of the support team which could involve looking after the teams welfare, administrative duties and fundraising activities. NCRRT provide support to the Community, Police and Fire services within North Cumbria.

We will be holding an open day for interested parties to come and meet some of the team, and learn a bit more about how the team operates and the roles and responsibilities within the team.

This will be held on Sunday 30th October with three sessions running, 10AM-12PM , 1PM-3PM and 4PM-6PM. These will be held at Botcherby Community Centre, Victoria Rd, Carlisle CA1 2UE.

We are looking for individuals that would like to be part of the operational team but are also particularly keen to recruit members to the Operational Support team, who are able to organise and run fundraising events, help with the development and management of the Charity and provide assistance to the operational team at events and training days. There are numerous roles within the team that you may be able to help with.
