Everyone is out here talking about their "word" for 2025. 😅

And while I have many—Fun, Gratitude, Perseverance, and Ease.

The one that truly stands out for me this year is EASE. 😍

Because let’s face it, life doesn’t have to be hard.

More often than not, we choose to make it hard.

Most of the time, it’s in the unconscious choices we make.

Like opting for online grocery shopping instead of spending an hour walking around a supermarket. 🛒

Or using Alexa to quickly answer questions rather than digging through your phone. 📱

And, of course, when it comes to planning special occasions at home—you want them to be memorable and easy to organise. Without having to do any of the work 🥂

So this year, I’m asking myself: What’s it going to cost me? 🤔

My🕐 time, energy🔋 or money💷?

Because if it costs too much of all three, it’s simply not worth it.

Elvis entered the building and rocked our clients barn on Saturday night. 🕺🪩

We helped our clients organise their suppliers to help truly take the stress away from them. 🧖

It was a fab night enjoyed by all and the casual aspect of bowl food worked really well with the flow.

Parties at home are even better when you have a helping hand to do the heavy lifting.

What an absolutely incredible weekend! 😍

Thank you to everyone who purchased from us this weekend. 🙏

We are incredibly grateful and blown away by your love & support. 🥰

We nearly sold out yesterday and I was up in the wee hours making more sauces. 🌶️ And was wiped out again today! 😆

I loved talking to you, sharing our journey, discussing the flavour profiles and watching your reactions as you tried the sauces.😅

For those of you who don't know these sauces were the result of David going rogue one year for our BBQs.🔥

He randomly added them without consulting me but of course like everything that the man makes, everyone who tried them absolutely loved them. 😂

So, much so they said you should bottle them and so we did! 🙌🫶

Thank you for South Hill Park for making it possible for us to connect with the local community..... Many were impressed that the sauces were made right here in Bracknell.
It doesn't get any more local than that. 😉

Our next markets will be Sunday 24th November in Oaktree Garden Centre & Nursery and Berkshire Music Trust.

The thing that our clients love about bowl food is the flexibility to have it anywhere! We recently held a bowl food events out in the garden. Our client hosted the new batch of school parents and wanted a super relaxed and informal event. We served canapes and mini individual bowls of food as they were casually seated. Bowl food is best described as the structure of a 3 course meal with the variety of a buffet but the sophistication of canape service. Great for summer events. About us

My name is David and my wife’s name is Chido, we are the owners of DaChi's Restaurant to You. Our name was born by coincidence when planning our wedding back in 2014. We needed to create a password for our wedding website and wanted it to be something that relates to us both. We decided to use the first parts of both our names and the name DaChi was born!

I have a degree in Culinary cookery and Chido in Hospitality Management. Together we have over 3 decades of both academic and practical experience within the hospitality industry, having both worked for some of the most prestigious hospitality providers. We have an undoubtable passion for great food and great service, so much so, that we have boycotted going out, due to being continuously disappointed and opted for staying in creating our own restaurant experience. We believe staying in, is the new going out!

Once we realised that there are many that feel the same as us, we asked ourselves what can we offer that is different and what do people want? And so, the ground work began on DaChi with our key emphasis being on making quality dining experiences that are personalised to you. We love to make people happy through great food and service. Nothing gives us more pride, than creating a dish from scratch, presenting it to a customer and then seeing and hearing them genuinely loving it!
