Hey all, I'd just like to introduce myself as one of the newest members of the team here at Patagonia Welsh Roots.
My name's Erica, and I've recently come on board here as Front of House Manager.
I've had the pleasure of meeting lots of regulars at the restaurant already, and am loving the fact we also have so many visitors to the area choosing to dine with us - it means no two days are the same and I'm all for that.
I'll be introducing the rest of our lovely lot in the next few weeks, I'm very lucky to have joined a great, professional bunch who've really helped me find my feet and who, like me, enjoy their job, love meeting new people and place great emphasis on having a laugh along the way.
We'll shortly be launching our new Summer '24 menu, and are trialling some really special dishes on our Specials Board every week now, so do pop in and give us your verdict before we go to print!
So that's me! If I've met you already, I look forward to meeting you again soon, and if I haven't met you yet, you really need to book a table and come say hello!

Well here we are again, another year gone, another new beginning literally on the horizon.
Thanks as ever to all our lovely customers for your support this year, and an even bigger thanks to all of my amazing team without whom none of what we do would be possible.
There'll be some changes to the Ericatessen this year as we figure out how to move forward in difficult times. But rest assured I'll keep you posted along the way, and the best is always yet to come.
Love and light to you all, enjoy the celebrations tonight whatever you're doing, and here's to the best for 2024, for all of us❤️

What a beautiful day yesterday, helping a gorgeous newlywed couple and their families celebrate with an intimate and sumptuous wedding breakfast♥️ -King scallops with pea & mint puree and pancetta crumb -Welsh lamb confit with dauphinoise and honey roast veg with a sauce to die for #localbusiness #weddingfood

Well, they're all mad! What a fabulous Tinsel and Tapas night we enjoyed, thanks to everyone who joined us and the wonderful ukulele gang for the singalong, loved it!🥰🎅🍷🎄

Lovely to cater for Côr Meibion Caerwys at the Royal Oak yesterday evening, no pictures of the food as it went too quickly I'm afraid! Followed by a great festive singalong, it's definitely beginning to feel like Christmas 🎄♥️🎅
