Behind the scenes
Another busy day here at Copper Kitchen HQ - Mini Copper Kitchen has been washing the tablecloths from yesterday’s event, sorting admin, planning the weeks orders and doing some finances to name just a few tasks!
Amongst this weekends events we have a 100th birthday afternoon tea to look forward to! 🎂

Today we catered for a lovely gentleman’s funeral with 120 guests. The menu included chocolate strawberries, mini pavlovas, prawn vol au vents and sausage rolls
We also provided staff to serve tea, coffee and fresh orange juice to guests as well as keeping the buffet tidy and clearing up afterwards.

A very Merry Christmas from Mini Copper Kitchen and I! .
