Happy Friday everyone! Bit of a different one this week! We want to know which one is your best fit?

Are you more of a BBQ Buffet sort of person - relaxed, mingling atmosphere, perfect for fair weather events, a great excuse to be outdoors and allows your guests to eat whenever they are ready whilst we take care of everything they need, when they need it!

At the beginning of July we had the pleasure of returning for the second year to Old Chelmsfordians to put on a BBQ Buffet for a training day for Essex County FA 💜 We always love feeding these guys as they are so awesome! Nothing like knowing your BBQ is waiting for you whilst you are stuck in meetings lol

At the beginning of July we were so honoured to be invited to the popcorn- it's good to be you 1st Birthday Party! We did a food workshop with the popcorners who handmade all of their own burgers, salad & mac n cheese which we then cooked and served to them. The food was absolutely delish and went down an absolute storm with everyone! Well done to all of you 💜

This or that? Which one is for you? Fruit Platter, looking oh so pretty! A perfect addition to any buffet or party, a fabulous offering to your guests that can just be so striking to look at, so much so you don't want to eat it! or a delicious ice cold fruit salad soaked in fruit juice - a selection of beautiful seasonal fruit, a perfect people pleaser and good all rounder that works on so many levels? What do you think you would add to your menu?

In June we were over at our favourite Countryside Retreat to cater for a Hen Do. It was a fabulous evening, filled with laughter and a delicious BBQ Buffet. This was a fab option for the gals to choose, as the guests would be arriving at different times, having it set up buffet style allowed people to casually choose when to eat as it suited them 💜 takes a lot of pressure off!

Today marks our 5th birthday!! 🎉🎉🎉 We aren't too sure where the time has gone! We had fed thousands of people, in hundreds of locations and it has been wonderful 💜💜 To everyone that supports us, has been or will be a client, works with us as part of team purple or collabs with us - we just want to say thank you to you all. Cheers to another year around the sun 🥂

It's almost time! The Semi-Finals are upon us! ⚽️ Head on down to The Swan Inn Hatfield Peverel, food being served from 7pm.

Chef's Special for tomorrow is our Philly Cheesesteak - 28 day aged, thinly sliced rib eye steak smothered in melted cheese and caramelised onions served in a brioche baguette 🤤 along with all of your usual faves 🥩🍔🌭🍕
