Behind the name 🌷

Bothies are most commonly found in rural, often mountainous areas of Scotland. At their simplest they are very basic, stone built shelters used by hill walkers and estate workers to escape the elements for a short time or overnight.

So, drawing my inspiration from the wild and wonderful Scottish landscape around me and having first hand experience of how flowers, gardening and generally spending time outdoors can offer respite from the elements of everyday life, the idea of my Flower Bothy came to life 🌸🏡 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿
