Enjoying my nice Sunday lie in.
Then my daughter says she fancies something with Prawns in it. She looks at a few recipes and she says she would like Chowmein Stir Fry.

So off I go into the kitchen with my little helper (of course!!! )

She boils the noodles (3 nests)

I add a little stir fry oil, one crushed garlic and some red chilli flakes. Mix and then add the defrosted Prawns (400grams)

Mix them them well. Once Prawns have changed colour add vegetables (I used, carrots, brocoli, spring onions, sliced coloured peppers) but you can choose your vegetables.

Mixed in the veg, once stirred. Left to simmer for 15 minutes.

Once veg have gone soft add the Chow-mein Sauce,

Then drain the noodles and add it into the prawns mixture. Give it a mix.

Ready to serve 😀

Last order of 2021 !!!

A client was having a photoshoot in, Oakley Hall, Basingstoke and she wanted to provide home cooked cusine for her models.

She gave me a call and we decided on biryaani and chicken mayo sandwiches. Each Biryaani tub was packed individually due to the current climate.

Hand delivered by one of my team members 👏
