What do you think of the term ladies and gentlemen? Is it outdated? British Airways has told its pilots and cabin crew to use a more gender neutral term- makes it difficult for Toastmasters !!

A sad day yesterday with the passing of HRH Prince Philip,Duke of Edinburgh.We had a great day here in Ipswich back in 2000 when he came to open the new lock gates in the Port of Ipswich and I was privileged to have been able to have been part of it.An inspiration to many young people through The Duke of Edinburgh Awards Scheme.He will be sadly missed.
