Happy Couple!

"We just got married at Burtonfields Hall and it was literally the best day of our lives! This venue is beyond perfect. We had it all to ourselves it from Friday until Sunday with our immediate families staying with us in the stunning bedrooms. Everything has been lovingly refurbished by the owners to a 5 star standard. Our ceremony took place in the Billiard Room on the Saturday afternoon with 90 guests and led on to a drinks reception on the picturesque terrace with a pianist, exquisite dining, a magician, a ceilidh band and disco dancing into the night! We honestly could not have wished for a better day. We had looked at a few other venues and they all felt a bit tired and ‘hotel-ly’, like wedding conveyor belts. Burtonfields became our home for the weekend, having free rein to spend quality time with our loved ones in a relaxed and beautiful setting.

Will the owner was completely brilliant from the day we booked a year ago to the big day itself, he helped guide us on our wedding planning journey and seemed just as excited as we were about it! Some of our guests have commented that it was the best wedding they have ever been to....and we completely agree!"

We enjoyed every second of this beautiful wedding, what an honour to be part of K & B's special day 💖

New Couple Review!

We love this review by our couple Dom and Hannah, overjoyed to be part of such a special, memorable celebration!

"Two weeks after our wedding at Burtonfields Hall and it’s safe to say…we’re still on cloud 9. What a venue!

It is so beautiful throughout and the grounds are just immaculate. It provided the perfect backdrop for our wedding and having the room for friends and family to stay over the night before and the night of made it all the more special.

Everywhere you look is just stunning.
From the intricate wallpaper, beautiful bathrooms, antique furniture to the grand fireplaces…no detail has been forgotten about.

We particularly loved having our wedding breakfast in the marquee. The fairy lights and outlook onto the Hall’s grounds gave it such an intimate, cosy feel.

Will the co-ordinator is also fantastic! From our first viewing at Burtonfields Hall to the Sunday following our wedding day, his humour and friendliness kept us relaxed (and sane!) throughout. Every email and last minute panic was responded to promptly and we couldn’t have asked for anyone better to help us navigate the wedding planning process.

In addition to Will, all of the background staff at Burtonfields Hall were so lovely. Nothing was ever too much trouble and they helped to make the day run like clockwork (well oiled machine springs to mind!) You could tell they were genuinely so happy and excited for us to be there on our wedding weekend.

As everyone says…we just wish we could do it all again now!

The Billiard Room 💐

From I do, to let's eat!

Flooded with glorious natural light and views of the surrounding parkland the billiard room is our largest function room. Built in the 1890’s it a perfect example of arts and crafts architecture with exquisitely carved woodwork and ornate stucco ceiling. The room can accommodate up to 120 people for a ceremony or party or up to 76 dining.

We were thrilled to be part of our couple S&H's Happy Day!!

"We had our wedding at Burtonfields last weekend, and I’m so glad we did! . From the first day we went to visit we realised that Burtonfields was our kind of venue; with it’s beautiful gardens, gorgeous bedrooms & bathrooms and sitting/dining rooms so elegant & comfy that people were loathe to leave them! Our family couldn’t believe how luxurious the place was. Burtonfields isn’t just elegant though, it’s welcoming, and despite the fact that it’s full of beautiful antiques, fabrics & every conceivable luxury item, it still felt like our home for the weekend.
The whole Burtonfields team absolutely made our weekend and nothing was too much trouble. They were so friendly & helpful, it was a joy to stay there, but Will especially made it so easy and fun. He’s a superstar!
We cannot recommend this gem of a venue enough, and we’ll definitely be booking it for our next big family celebration.
