Staxtonbury Music Festival is fast approaching and we still have a couple of bell tents remaining. Theres is 15 days left to Book your bell tent hire before we close bookings on 30th June 2024 then we head to site for set up 😍

We are holding a Back2Basic Camp Out Friday 9th - Sunday 11th Aug 2024 just outside of York. YO23 3QA
Come along and join us for 2 nights of unwind time. Bring family & friends along, dogs are allowed.
Pitch up your own tent or hire one of ours with or with out electricity your choice.

will be onsite all weekend with them much needed refreshments 🍻

On Saturday evening we have a food truck joining us

Pop out and visit York or run wild in the 7 acre field

Bring a BBQ and supplies and sit around laughing and giggling with each other.

Dance around and be (very) merry just be you!

Parties & Groups welcome the more the merrier

We will be providing marquees for shelter or shade

Cacao Circle additonal costs but a bit of self healing with meditation and yoga

Saturday evening entertainment- still to be confirmed

Usually we provide a dressing tent in one of our bell tent, this wounderful couple wanted something bigger and better well what can I say. A marquee went up, decorations, mirrors, electricity, tables and chairs, supplies for hair & make up, clothes hanging rail & hangers, plasters for those dancing feet,water for the morning after & a great selection of smellies just to name a few bits. This time we went all out 🥰🥰 if you fancy the upgraded dressing marquee over the dressing tent ⛺️ drop us a direct message to add this onto your booking

Hellooo 👋

We are hosting a Camp Out Back 2 Basic weekend just on the outskirts of York Friday 9th - Sunday 11th August 2024.

If your free and fancy a weekend away with friends and family for a couple of nights camping or glamping with a chance to site seeing in York, a few (lots of) drinks around the fire pit on the evening then come along and join us.

Are you celebrating or just need an excuse to unwind from all the every day hustle and bustle come along and bring your friends. Tag them, share this post, like this page.

We will have marquees for shade or shelter as we can't guarantee the British summer weather

We have a bar onsite provided by Fizzical Bartending which is payable onsite

Toilet facilities, electric facilities in the marquees provided by Jorevents (no idea why they still haven't set up a page yet) 🤣

Entertainment on the Saturday evening is still to be confirmed- either a DJ or live band - so if any of our supplier friends are free give us a shout😁

There will also be food available onsite for the Saturday evening as we are bringing one of our food truck supplier friends on board- name to follow shortly

Saturday morning 11am- 2pm there will be a 3 hour Cacao circle held in 1 of our marquees - limited availability and will be £35 per person which can either be paid on the day or as part of your booking by Beautiful Restorative Retreats Exclusively for Women

What is a Cacao circle I hear you ask- not too give too much away but it's an empowering ceremony where you take part in wellbeing rituals and drink Cacao you will recieve a good bag, ending with movement & yoga.

The big one from us is our prices. we are offering 50% for any of our direct customers who have used Starbright Hideaways services or have a future booking with us for a couple of our pitching options

- Camping- Pitch your own tent @£35 per person for the weekend... for our past, present & future bookings this is only £17.50 per person for the weekend 👀

- Hire a bell tent sleeps up to 4 people with no electricity £100 for the weekend... for our past, present & future bookings this is only £50!!!!!

- Hire a bell tent sleeps up to 4 guests WITH electricity £135 for the weekend (sorry no discount on this one - we have to pay for diesel to run this 😅)

Children under 12 go free, we are also dog friendly.

We will have a fire pit going on Friday and Saturday evening feel free to bring along some marshmallows.

You can come and go from the site as you please, and will be given wrist bands upon arrival, just keep these on to get back into the field 😊

This weekend we've joined to provide one heck of a set up a proper little bell tent set up along with one of our marquees set up as a dressing tent. We've also arranged shower hire for guests with Base Camp Shower Events & of course the one and only providing the luxury toilets 😍😍😍
