It has been a while since I appeared in this space with my face, so consider this both a reintroduction and a double celebration.

I am Assumpta, the woman behind AVE Creations - where dreams are curated with intention, culture is honoured with care, and love is infused into every detail.

But before I was a planner, storyteller and architect of meaningful experiences, I was a young lady learning to embrace her voice, her vision, and the power of the women who paved the way before her.

On this International Women’s Day, I honour them and give them their proverbial flowers; the ones who have shaped me, the ones I have had the privilege to pour into, and the ones yet to come. Because every event, every love story, every carefully crafted adventure is, in some way, a tribute to the strength, grace, and brilliance of women.

Today is also a celebration of my father - it’s his birthday. His unwavering love and guidance have been instrumental in making me the woman I am. His influence, alongside the remarkable women in my life, has shaped my journey, my resilience, and my passion for creating spaces where love and legacy are honoured.

To the women who inspire, the ones who uplift, the ones who lead with heart and excellence, I celebrate you today and every day. May we continue to build, nurture, and elevate one another, leaving a lasting imprint on the world.

5 WEEKS TO FOREVER

Reflecting on the time I had just 5 WEEKS to plan, style, and deliver a truly meaningful wedding at the height of summer which, as you know, is peak wedding season!

The timeline was intense, but with the unwavering support of my AVE assistants and an incredible network of trusted suppliers, every detail came together seamlessly.

From the stunning floral arch framing the church entrance to the thoughtfully curated menu, heritage-inspired favours, and elegant reception design, the goal was to create a refined atmosphere that felt effortlessly grand yet deeply personal.

Bringing it all to life, even with the exhilarating challenges, made this wedding such a rewarding experience.

1st ANNIVERSARY

This time last year A&D flew over from LA and brought their worlds together in celebration of love. From distant lands, their families came to honour not just their union, but the beautiful blend of cultures and traditions that make their love so unique.
