"I was going to ask my Bridal party to run my day"
I can't tell you how many times I've heard this, until you actually realise what's involved on your big day and decide wedding planners are worth their weight in gold 🤍 And here's just some of the reasons why 👇

I've had a tipi wedding in a heatwave, where the cake melted sideways by the time the church ceremony was over!

I've had a drunk Aunty needing an Ambulance!

And a drunk Uncle spilling his entire glass of red wine over the bride seconds before the first dance.

Gatecrashing residents complaining about noise levels and making a beeline for the Bride!

Shovelling animal waste from a field for a marquee wedding before the couple and guests arrived from church

Fire alarms going off during the ceremony

DJ's car Broken down 3 hours away!

You name it, I've probably dealt with it... I'm sure you have the best Bridal party in the world, but when you stop and realise all of the finer details that coordinators actually do discreetly, it's a lot of responsibility for your best mates to take on!

Oh heyyyy It's been a while 👋
As some of you know I took a break from weddings for a bit, because for me, family is everything and they simply had to come first! (Which has been amazing) 🤍

I now have a 2 and 3 year old who are just incredible and the best handful I could ask for!

Whilst I wasn't technically going to come back until my babies were starting school, truth is, I really miss weddings sooooo here we are .... 😂

I have 2 young toddlers, an endurance athlete husband who likes to do crazy challenges, and I still work for Cancer Research UK, so I will be coming back this year offering ON THE DAY COORDINATION only for 2025/26. 💍

I wouldn't want to offer full planning until my full attention can be given to you, so for now this seems the perfect compromise 😍

So, marquee weddings, tipi weddings, weddings that just need someone to just run the day so you don't have to, MY DIARY IS OPEN 🤍

“Wedding Care With Lynsey Claire,” has come from a wonderful family history of success within the wedding industry. 30 years ago, Mum and Granny went into business together, and opened the doors to the most wonderful little Bridal Shop, which they named "Wedding Care." They prided themselves on quality, care, and going above and beyond their role within the industry, which stemmed my inspiration for delivering the ultimate service to couples who are planning their wedding.

Keen to keep the business name alive within the industry, I launched a personable, relaxed and professional Wedding planning service, which CARES for all of the details - From the Confetti to the cake, and the photographer to the food.

Knowing that a wedding can take 350 hours to plan, we work closely with a team of industry-leading suppliers, to create a bespoke planning service suitable to your requirements and budget, and ensure that your day is as perfect as you imagined.

Whether that consists of getting your started with your budgets and timeline, project managing your own planning in quarterly sections, coordination of your day from start to finish, styling your venue with elegance and class, or planning and caring for every little detail over the coming 12 months process. Your planning journey is unique to you as a couple, and that’s exactly why we tailor our services, giving you the confidence to relax and enjoy the planning process with your loved ones.
