👉Checking availability on something you’re interested in hiring is an enquiry. It’s not until you’ve booked and received email confirmation that it’s actually in our calendar 📨 In most cases, you’ll have signed our t&c’s and paid a deposit.
✔️Always check your email confirmation for a detailed record of the info you’ve given us, such as access timings, party timings etc. And if anything needs changing or amended, let us know by reply to that email confirmation. Remember, changes can only be made in-advance of your event, not on the actual day 🤓
