We are your dog's very one plus one, there to make sure they are well cared for and can join in with the fun. What's more, although we are based in Lancashire, we can travel the country to ensure your day is Pawfect!

We provide you with a stress-free option for pe

t care on your big day. From the beginning we help you plan how to involve them in the process, whether that be just for photos and to meet guests, or those all important ring bearer duties, we are there to ensure a lovely, fun experience for everyone. With over fifteen years experience working with dogs and other animals, your dogs will be in safe hands, we ensure their welfare is a top priority.

We are fully insured, have a certificate in canine first aid, and have a number of accredited behaviour courses under our belts.

The best part is we love dogs! And what better way to celebrate this than to help you enjoy your wedding day with your furry family members!

Based in Lancashire, we cover the entire North west and nation-wide too!

Yesterday was bloody Baltic, but we had the cutest day with this sweet boy!

Jax came with me for a pre wedding walk through Tatton Park where we randomly saw Tyson Fury jogging past us…

He sat in the ceremony with family and only cried a little, we then braved the grounds to pose for photos (pretty sure at this point Jax assumed this was his time to shine like a pro) ❤️

It was then time to head over to for a good snooze 😴

What do you get when you cross a beagle and a cocker spaniel? This cutie of course 🥰

Nala was official ring bearer and despite arriving at like a whirlwind she smashed it and walked beautifully down the aisle ❤️

After posing for photos we headed for a well earned rest in one of the dog friendly rooms, even bockers get tired!!

First February wedding and first of two weddings at this month 🥰

Meet Ralph, possibly the most chilled cocker spaniel I’ve ever met 🥹 when we met up at Starbucks I thought he was lulling me into a false sense of security, but he wasn’t! What an absolute sweetheart ❤️

He was the first to congratulate his favourite humans when they’d signed the registry, posed for photos and then we headed back to his home for a very long snooze and a sleepover 😍

And what a lovely surprise to arrive to flowers, choccy and a card 🥹

We’ve got a really busy February, with 6 weddings and a couple of wedding fairs. So we made the most of a free weekend by head to Formby beach for a family walk ❤️

Please be aware that I have two young children, a house full of animals (we are now on 3 dogs, 2 guinea pigs, a tortoise, a chameleon and a beardie) and general day to day craziness, alongside fitting in admin for Pawfect Occasions. Sometimes I can’t reply to emails/messages straight away, sometimes I miss an email in the insanity (this week we’ve had 4 engineers out for various issues at home, and I’ve had to go to my mums to wash myself and the kids).

I’m not ignoring you and I’m not being unreliable, I’m either busy or I’m enjoying a day with my family whilst they’re still young enough to want to spend that time with us.

If I haven’t replied after 24 hours (48 hours on a weekend), please message me :)

Meet the first wedding dogs of 2025, Bonnie and Brandon 😍

I’ve spent almost 24 hours with these two cuties, having spent the day and night at ❤️

They walked down the aisle with the groom’s brother, then when they were back with me to hang out until it was their moment to shine as ring bearers!

They did a great job, the rings made it safely to their humans! They even got to walk out together as a new family of four 🥹

After the drinks reception we got to chill in our bedroom, they did a lot of snoring 😂

We also had the pleasure of spending the afternoon with and 😆

Wow. We have had one crazy January so far, and we’ve not even been to a wedding yet!
✅ over 20 new bookings for this 25/26 have been confirmed
✅ met so many couples at wedding fairs so far
✅ started the years bonding sessions
✅ had many calls discussing the needs of some lovely sounding doggos
✅ been asked to write several blogs and even a couple of magazine articles

Oh and it was my daughter’s birthday yesterday, where we gained a bearded dragon ❤️

Judging by a lot of posts from suppliers and venues, this year is going to be a trend. So if you’re self employed and interested in joining our team get in touch ☺️

Throw back to Hugo’s big day at ❤️

I love going to my favourite venues, knowing where I’m going and who to speak with, but sometimes I get to visit some really cool places far away. This one was in Northumberland and a stunning part of the country 😍

Oh and it also means I get to meet some amazing new suppliers, including the talented who took this fab photo 🥹

Meet my old boy, part inspiration behind Pawfect Occasions, Eidur 🥹

I’ve had him in my life for nearly ten years, the first dog I had as an adult. He’s such a sweet thing, if not a little grumpy in his older years 😂

When Martin proposed (many years ago now oops!), he was always going to be ring bearer, I just didn’t know how! If there’s motivation to get married, it’s him now, I’d be gutted if he anything happened to him before we got there 😢

Why should you invest in a dog chaperone? Part 1…

🐾 your loved ones may say they can have your dog, but what if they decide halfway through the ceremony they’re bored or they need a poo?
✅ We are there solely to make sure your dogs’ welfare is top priority and your wedding runs without a hitch, you won’t need to worry at all!
🐾 your venue doesn’t allow dogs after wedding reception, a loved one will have to drop the dog elsewhere…
✅ we can take them home/to kennels or a boarder. We can even look after them wherever needed in to the evening/overnight, making sure they’ve had a decompression walk and a good rest, before their usual evening routine.
🐾 your dog can be nervous of crowds/new environments.
✅ we are there to judge when your dog needs a break, some treats, or just some tlc. So you can all enjoy the big day.

So new year means a new bunch of followers and couples ❤️
So let’s introduce myself to you all:
🐾 I’m Annabel, the person most likely to jump out of the car randomly to greet a puppy…
🐾 I have 2 kids, one is into darts and f1 and goes karting, the other is constantly dancing and wearing pretty dresses 😆
🐾 I am very good at starting a crazy project, getting 3/4s of the way through and never finishing it…or starting her tax return at a highly inappropriate time (yes this is what I did at tea time today) 🤦‍♀️
🐾 in my spare time you’ll find me at the zoo or out in the countryside with the dogs
🐾 I’ve really got into dull sports in recent years, darts and f1 🏎️ sometimes it’s just a great excuse for an afternoon nap 😴
🐾 I’m manifesting a McLaren 750S. A girl can dream hey!

I’m super excited to see what fun this year brings, it’s going to be a crazy one 🤩

Our last wedding before Christmas was a fabulous day with Teddy 🥰

He was such a well behaved boy, we went for a lovely frosty walk around Kirkby Lonsdale before heading over to the stunning 💒

Teddy was in charge of the rings, and although his humans were worried he would run riot or disappear in the opposite direction, he smashed it out of the park and then had a snooze for the rest of the ceremony 🥹

We then braved the drizzle for photos with the lovely and ❤️

Teddy by this point was knackered, and despite being a food obsessed lab, he was too tired to bother when it came to us having our own tea 😂

What a lovely Christmassy wedding to warm the soul ❤️

Can you ever have enough dachshunds?!

We were at with River, Bueno and Rolo for a trip down the aisle into the ceremony and for some photos.

It was very windy and rainy so we didn’t stay long as these three were rather noisy and excitable, but we got some super cute photos and headed home. Our sleepover included me being completely cover in sausage dogs in bed 😂😂

Officially Morcie and Mash’s big day and we are all for it! These two loveable goofs stole the show at @cottonshotel 🥹 They were there to congratulate their favourite humans as soon as they were officially married and it was just too sweet. Here’s a proper peak into the behind the scenes of a wedding for me 😍 Me and Coco had a trailer tent for two nights at @townheadestate and I’m not gonna lie, I’m not a camping person! But we had a brilliant time in the beauty of Windermere 🥰 A long walk around the lake before the wedding meant Coco was chilled by the time it came to greeting guests and posing for photos 😍 We then had a relaxed evening eating pizza and exploring the beautiful grounds and meeting the various animals on site. On Saturday I attended @grangebarn for the first time with Clive, a dog that usually isn’t bothered by new people, by the end of the day he was a little cuddle monster and I was so pleased ❤️ From delivering the rings to “you’ve got a friend in me” played by @echostringsuk to dancing with Jerry (his Dad) to cuddles with Clara (his mum), Clive stole the show. He performed his repertoire of tricks, including taking himself for a walk 🥹 showing off his cute posing for @thestruths.co and warming everyone’s hearts on his cat walk style ring bearing. We then headed back and I had to win the heart of the giant Lennon back at the house, where we then had a lovely quiet evening of chilling in the summer evening sun and cuddled up on the sofa snoozing! We are there for you and your dogs from the moment the date is booked, imparting advice gained from over 10 years of working with dogs. We don’t just turn up on the day, we liaise with the photographer and venue. We can even create bespoke training sessions, making sure your dog is able to relax and cope in a busy wedding environment; teach a self settle or a calm greeting.
