Had a fantastic time in Aberfeldy last night entertaining guests at Christians against poverty Highlands Perthshire 10th Anniversary.
The evening kicked off with a warming, welcoming drinks reception followed by a three course meal, a few guest speakers before I finished off the evenings proceedings with a 30min stand up show.
Received some lovely compliments from guests after the show and the whole night raised not only awareness about the issues of poverty and people struggling with debt in the local and surrounding area but also raised over an amazing £8k in donations to the charity to help lots more families who are currently struggling.
