Dj's using effects and reverb on the mixers to aid mixing from one track to another. Just stop it. ✋️

The music producers create their sounds using all that during production.

It doesn't help the listeners when you make the music just washy or muddy. It clouds the transitions and all I see it being used for is to work the crowd to interact with the dry drum beat once effects are removed. Ruining the flow. I think.

Just mix two tunes together and know your out points better. Know your music, so you know where the drops are. Like we used to when we used vinyl. 🎶 🎶🎶🎶🎶☮️
