CAROLINE CASTIGLIANO CAMPAIGN SHOOT✨
I was honoured to plan and art direct the Caroline Castigliano 2024 campaign shoot, this time last year, at the stunning Four Seasons Hotel, Hampshire. Bringing this vision to life was an unforgettable experience, and I couldn’t be happier with how the images turned out.

A huge thank you to Caroline and all the incredible suppliers who helped make this shoot extraordinary. Each detail, from the gowns to the stying, exceeded my expectations and captured the timeless elegance of Caroline’s designs. Here are some of my favourite shots from the day! 🤍✨

GIANT PAVLOVA ✨
Looking back on this Wedding Wednesday at Camilla & Hugo’s show stopping wedding pavlova. It created a fun ‘wow’ moment! Full of colour, topped with fresh strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries, this beauty brought a unique twist to their celebration—and we predict pavlova’s could be a huge trend for 2025 weddings!

SUPPLIERS✨
Yesterday was my birthday, and I was lucky enough to be taken out on Tuesday by some of my longest standing & most trustworthy suppliers for a lovely long lunch…

in my opinion, are one of the best caterers out there who never disappoint & always create the most wonderful menus for my clients. are my go-to for marquees. The most reliable & creative in the business! Both companies I have worked with for 10 years & feel honoured to have them by my side for my bigger jobs.

Doing what I do, bringing many many different pieces of the puzzle together to create something one of a kind for my clients, it is always vital that I trust my suppliers & these guys, I truly trust!

We enjoyed a lovely lunch at where the head chef is a friend of mine. My first time at The Boxford, & safe to say it did not disappoint! The food was incredible, restaurant is modern with a countryside/thatched roof twist & wine delicious (thanks to Oliver for choosing 😉)

Sometimes it’s not all work & we need/deserve a little bit of play! ✨✨

6TH ANNIVERSARY ✨
It has been 6 years, this August, since I started my own boutique Wedding & Events business & if I may, I am so proud of myself!

Nothing prepares you for all the blood, sweat & tears, along with the long hours & many weekends away, which are never easy when you have a little child at home waiting for you. However, seeing my business grow year on year & take shape exactly the way I want it too, making this year, my best year to date, makes me feel incredibly lucky & proud that my daughter gets to witness my strong work ethic too.

My daughter is watching me knowing that she can always have a voice, be strong & independent & do whatever she sets her heart on…. And who knows…. Maybe one day she will be running my business for me!!

6 years down, many more to go & I couldn’t think of a better place to celebrate than drinking delicious wine at ✨

INTIMATE EVENTS ✨
I love planning all sorts of events, whether it be a wedding or birthday, large or small, in the UK or beyond! This was a lovely intimate lunch we planned a few weekends ago which we incorporated a Bavarian theme into the colour palette!

The lunch was meant to take place outside in the garden, however, sadly the weather was not on our side, so at the last minute we moved indoors. Goes to show the importance of a Plan B! My wonderful caterers did the most phenomenal job in the pouring rain and the food was simply incredible! ✨

I have had a few new followers recently, so I wanted to say hello and re-introduce myself.
I am Lavinia Stewart-Brown and I started my events company in 2018 after working in the industry for seven years.

I am fiercely determined, work best under pressure, am all about attention to detail, love getting to know my clients and am always trying to think outside the box when it comes to creative ideas.

DECIDING YOUR DESTINATION 🌎
I love planning events abroad & consider myself very lucky to have been involved in the organisation of several birthdays, weddings & anniversaries, both large & small across Italy, France, Switzerland & Portugal.

Usually my clients come to me with a destination in mind as it has a sentimental meaning to them, however, I recently had an exciting brief to search the whole of Europe, only to find my clients dream venue in Montenegro!

These beautiful drone images were taken last September at a very special couples wedding in Portugal. They show the guests enjoying the transparent dancefloor we built over a swimming pool & the stunning rural surroundings to the property.

VENUE SPOTLIGHT ✨ I tend to do a lot of weddings in marquees, however, I do love a venue search instead as this means I get to discover some truly stunning hidden gems such as @findon_place ✨ With so much to offer at this privately owned estate, it has unsurprisingly been selected by one of my lovely couples for their wedding this summer and I can’t wait to see the occasion unfold there! The estate itself is nestled in the South Downs National Park and is the perfect example of classical Georgian architecture. It is steeped in history and every room tells a story. The five beautiful bedrooms have been designed impeccably to think of every little need a guest might have and it’s clear that the lovely owner wants everyone to feel that they are truly at home here…. There is also a very fun “man cave” in the basement with a private bar and snooker table! The grounds are perfectly designed and manicured and their is even a walled flower garden through an arch covered in scented jasmine. If you are thinking of a nice intimate dinner with your bridal party the night before your wedding, or a recovery BBQ the day after your wedding, these can be held under the pretty pergola by the heated swimming pool as there is a garden kitchen alongside ✨ Every little detail has been thought about and I have to admit, it’s not too often that a venue excites me this much, but Findon Place, is a very special venue indeed!
