⭐️Come and see the compelling artworks and short films created by people in Birmingham and Solihull during their personal journeys with mental health⭐️
🖌Our participants saw the power of coming together to create - something humans have done throughout history but unfortunately, for many of us, is no longer part of our daily lives 🖌
🌞Our participants gave space to parts of them they had forgotten, pressed pause on the pressures of life for a few hours, and allowed their imaginations to lead🌞

Icarus, a gamer, is lost in a world of grief after the passing of his Dad, Daedalus. In this retelling of the famous myth, we are reminded that sometimes you have to fall to fly!
