Which translates to herb rice and fish.
This is a beautifully aromatic dis. The flavours are mouthwatering and we can use salmon, Seabass or smoked fish. Usually served with delicious pickled garlic.

The dish on the right is a pomegranate chicken dish served with Saffron rice and raw onions! This dish is famous from Gillan Province!

Minimum 10 guests for a private chef and staff or can be delivered piping hot and laid out for your guests to enjoy.

Tangy Traditional Persian Dish, with Aubergines, tomatoes and yellow split peas

Mirza Ghasemi- this side dish originated from the North of Iran from the province of Gillan
Made with smoked Aubergines, Tomatoes and plenty of garlic. £4:50

Zeytoon Parvarde- marinated olives in walnuts, garlic, herbs and pomegranate paste
Totally scrumptious to consume with fresh hot bread. £3:00
