Thank you everyone who has supported the MBS's so far. The next one is on the 7th of September and is in aid of Children with Cancer. I will do a flyer for this one over the next couple of days for everyone to share. We do still have spaces for stalls and talks

However, the next event is Awakened Spirit Festival which is on the 17th and 18th of August. For that reason I'm likely to be a little quieter than normal on this page as most of the festival information is over on the group. I strongly encourage you to join that if you were interested in attending this year or future years.

A few people have asked recently about bringing children to the MBS's or the festival.

Please never worry about bringing children to any of my events. They are all child suitable and children will be welcomed and provided for.

Info for Sunday

We are open 10-4.

This one is raising money for British Divers Marine Life Rescue - Midlands who will be there with us. There will be donation pots on the way in and around the hall for you to donate.

We have: Reiki, readers, crystals, jewellery, Bach flower, dreads and more for stalls.

For talks we have:

Consciousness and Mediumship with Carrol Ayles
And
Meditation in Movement with Mark Middleton

Stall holders, your arrival time is any time after 8:30. I do need everything packed down no later than 5:30 please.

The hall is a part of a bigger building and has its own entrance. Please use the door with our pavement sign outside of it. It's the second along as you drive in.

Stall holders will be able to park near the door to load and unload but then please move your car away so that others are able to get near.

As with the others I do want the entrance table to be just for the charity please. This hall is smaller than the other two venues but I'll still *try* and set up a separate small table for anyone who wants to have business cards etc for people to take.

The post code for the hall is SG17 5AB. However, if you are using your phones sat nav Meppershall Village Hall is correctly marked on their maps.

As there's been a lot of interest in events throughout the year from stall holders I have made a form on the page so that you can express interest. If you are successful, I'll send out payment details.

We do have some last minute stalls for July left due to booking outside space. You can also see the other dates and request a stall on those. The form is here:

Those of you who were at the last event will know the donation pots are something I really struggled to get right. Primarily because finding reusable money pots is harder than you'd expect! I think I've finally cracked it. 4 of these will be dotted around the hall. 100% of your donation for this event will be going to British Divers Marine Life Rescue - Midlands.

Based on your feedback we now have the pavement sign ready to go. This will be used as well as the road sign where appropriate for the venue.

Weather is currently looking good and predicted to be 23 degrees. We will have drinks (including cold ones!), food and ice cream for sale too.

A few of you have said you'd like to see a pavement sign as well as a road sign.

So that's exactly what I've provided!

Which I use (or both) will depend on the set up of the venue and how I can fix each of them but one, or both, will be outside all of them space and venue allowing

We have the outside space confirmed for Meppershall.

So we have more space for traders and if anyone has the full set up and would prefer outside space. Let me know!

A few people interested in stalls have asked about advertising so I thought id make a post of it's own about it.

I leaflet drop (between 500 and 1000 for each event) in local villages and each leaflet has the dates and locations of every future event on it for the year.

Social media including paid ads

We're on the website which is currently getting 100 hits a day

We're also on eventbrite and tickettailor

I do have spaces for events September onwards. May be more for July if we're given the extra space.

I also have room for anyone wishing to do a talk at any of them.

Because of the interest in the event and the current good weather I have requested the outside space in Meppershall as well.

They have not confirmed this yet but I'll let you know as soon as they do.

If anyone is interested in the outside space instead of the hall please let me know. You would need your own set up - gazebo, tables etc.

I'm beginning to get lots of interest for the events all through the year. If you are interested at a stall at any of them, I'd strongly suggest getting booked in now as I may be full if you leave it till later.

Still have a couple more trading spots for the festival *for Gone to Earth traders* may have 2 more if payment is not made for another.

I do have these filled from the waiting list if they aren't taken by the end of today. I'm just holding onto them for now for any traders that may not have seen the previous post.

A lot of new people following here after Gone to Earths cancellation. I do really feel for Karen as this can't have been an easy decision for her.

I do still have a few trading spots at the festival available and several on the MBS's including July's.

Priority for festival trading spots will be given to Gone to Earth traders. Most festival information will be over here Awakened Spirit Festival .

A few of you have been asking me where Meppershall is.

It's in the same area that the other two halls are in, I dont want to move too far out the area for my benefit as much as for all of yours!

But I've found this map which should help anyone whose unsure.

As I have some absolutely amazing stall holders, a couple of you spoke to me and said you'd like to donate for the tombola. I haven't wanted to ask with stall prices as they are.

However 100% of the profits for this goes to the charity. So if any of you would like to (and you absolutely don't have to, this is entirely voluntary) I will happily take them and add them to the table on the day.

I can not thank you all enough for your generosity and support.

I have just added up the donations for last weekends event.

We raised £78 which I will round up to £100 for them. Thank you everyone who attended.
