We had a lovely weekend catering a 2 day event for 60 at the very beautiful Springhead Trust. A little further than we normally go, but worth it for the lovely people, gorgeous venue and dreamy drive!

Another brilliant year catering for 300 at the Ellingham Show members tent. Our team of 16..yes... 16...... prepped, cooked, served ,cleared, chatted, laughed, (plus ate lots of cake). What a team ! These are just 4 of the gang. See you all at the Romsey Show in September!!!

What a nice message in today from one of our lovely clients for his sit-down meal and then evening event. July 27th was a busy one with 2 big events on the Saturday. Thankfully, we have a fabulous team so both went really well.

Oh I do like to be beside the seaside !!!! 🎤 A delicious lunch at The Jetty today. Amazing food, lovely service, and a stunning view. Always lovely, but today was just prefect. A wonderful way to spend a few hours. Thanks Daniel for looking after us !!

Another lovely dinner party last Saturday. They had canapes, then smoked salmon, avocado mousse, followed by a classic chicken dish with white wine mushroom sauce, followed by pavlova and finally cheese. Very happy guests !

Last Saturday we were invited to cater for the Salisbury British Legion dinner at The Guildhall. It was a fabulous event, together with 3 veterans, special guests, a wonderful pianist and finished off with sticky toffee Jazz.

This was a lovely 'Thank-you' in recently from a Thursday night family celebration at another of our favourite venues, The Quays, Christchurch. The best part was definitely getting a 15 minute snuggle with a beautiful baby while Kate was creating a feast in the kitchen !

Does anyone else remember their Mum covering party sandwiches with a T towel back in the 70's/80's? 'To keep them fresh' she'd say! That's why we always cover our freshly made sandwiches with our snazzy greaseproof sheets before they go out!

A perfect grilled halloumi and roasted vegetable salad with salad verde, grilled asparagus and a delicious olive oil, and dill dressing. 😋
