And just like that all triathlons are complete!

Thank you to all of our participants who braved yesterday’s grey conditions at Wi******er TryTri. It was great to see all of your training come to life. 🚴‍♀️🏆

Overall it was a great turnout for the day, a huge shoutout to NFU Mutual for sponsoring this years event. It turns out we didn’t need the sun to brighten up the day! 🌝

Also, a massive thank you to all of our incredible marshals for cheering and directing everyone around the circuit, you all went beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. 🦺

Last but not least, thank you to our event team, Kings School, the medical team and everyone else involved. Until next time 🙌🏃‍♀️

Up for another challenge this May?

Against Breast Cancer are hosting their annual 'Breast Walk Ever' on the 12th of the month, in Hampshire. 🚶‍♀️

All three walks give you the chance to follow in King Charles II’s footsteps following his defeat to Cromwell in 1651, on the ancient Monarch’s Way too.

Should you choose to sign up, you may wish to walk or even run the circuit. There is free parking at the event HQ in Hursely as well as a scavenger hunt for children. All walkers are asked to raise funds with an initial target of just £75. 😄

However, if you feel more comfortable supporting on the sidelines, please nominate yourself as a volunteer, Against Breast Cancer are highly appreciative of all efforts. 🩷

Refuel with The Good Stuff ☕

We're grateful to have The Good Stuff - Proper Coffee, rejoin us at Wi******er Tri for another event season.

Their mobile coffee vans will be stationed in our transition zones for anyone to grab a quick energy boost as the day continues. You can expect some delicious espresso-based lattes, cappuccinos, hot chocolates, teas and cold snacks on your way around the course. 🧃

Huge shoutout to Good Stuff- Proper Coffee for keeping us going every step, stroke, and pedal. 🏃‍♀️🏊‍♂️🚴‍♀️

Radley-Tri Charity participants have raised over £3K for Against Breast Cancer. 🩷

This is only the beginning of fundraising opportunities for triathletes!

All money goes into funding the research of new treatment, tools for earlier diagnosis and risk reduction of reoccurrence or secondary spread. You may wish to make donations via their official page, OR Tri for Charity at next years event! 🏅

Thank you so much to everyone that took part last Friday and TRIed their best!

We saw 350 of you swim, bike, and run your hardest to take home our prized medal. 🏅

We are ready!

Our team have been out ensuring all segments of the cycle and run routes are signed. Please stick to Highway Code and follow the instructions along the way. 🚴‍♀️

There are patches of excess water in areas, please keep safe and aware of the roads. We are expecting to see a slight change in weather tomorrow, and we’re looking forward to having you there.

Remember registration re-opens at 6:45am 🪧

We're looking for more Cycle Route Marshals to join our team!

This role is only for individuals ages 18 and above, your hourly rate for the day would be £11 and you will gain valuable industry experience managing participants of a triathlon event. 💪

Marshal’s duties include...

🚴 Directing cyclists
🔒 Managing safe access in the immediate site vicinity.
📍 Act as information point for members of the public and competitors/spectators.
👀 Marshalling crowd flow at identified pinch points and potential problem areas
🛤 Try to keep the cyclists’ path clear
🚨 In the event of an incident, assist in the emergency services as appropriate.
🪖 Ensure that all cyclists are wearing safety helmets
