Inspired...

Real bride Elysha was inspired by my very own wedding veil, the layout, and the lace 🫶🏼

But to add her own twist, we were looking at a more natural woodland inspired lace design

Voilà! A deep bordered edge of floral lace motifs scattered organically to frame that stunning ruffle train 👌🏽

No matter your inspiration, we'll take it and transform it into your bespoke design

Embroidery, but make it sparkle ✨️

This is exactly what we created for our wonderful real bride

Abi got married in Lake Como and chose our ultra lightweight Emmy wings to adorn her dress

Her wings were finished with bride and groom initials on one wing and the wedding date on the other, in a modern calligraphy inspired font

We then hand embellished the embroidery with a mix of crystal, pearl and seed beads for a subtle but special twinkle 👌🏽

Love when our brides opt for something a little bespoke and a little different ✨️

Decorate those shoulders 🫶🏼

Our stunner of a Bride Sasha did and what a delicate little impact our bespoke shoulder bows make!

Sasha's bow wings were scattered with a twinkling of clear sequins to create a whimsical subtle sparkle and embroidered with her married name and wedding date 👌🏽

What a combo for our Sasha!

Winging her way onto the grid is this Angel 🫶🏼

It's been a hot minute since I've made some tulle wings so when Lucy came onto the scene wanting some silky tulle with a subtle light scattering of teeny pearls, I was ready to go!

Wings are your go to when you need that tulle fill, but don't want to hide the back of your dress or your hair

Your hair stylist will thank you too 🫶🏼

A blush on your wedding day doesn't just come from those fresh rosy cheeks

We're talking blusher veils and why they're not just an extra piece of tulle added to your veil

They're an elegant extension of your already beautiful veil and make a huge impact

What to consider when choosing your veil?

Tulle style...
you'll want a fine, sheer tulle so we can see that bridal beauty as you make your way down the aisle
(We only use fine tulles here, so no worries there)

Blusher length...
Do you want a short, fun flirty blush layer to match your fingertip length veil or are you going to go long and dreamy to drape beautifully with your cathedral veil

Embellishment...
We don't want your vision to be obstructed by a huge 3D flower, so placement of your chosen embellishment is key! Less is more when it comes to blushers

Placement & gather...
Where you wear your veil and how much gather you have has huge impact on the finished look. Full gather and higher placement on your head, we're talking cool fun look.
Lower down and less gather, think elegant, classic chic style.

Forever your little dolly 🖤

When the gorgeous Em came to me with this sweet quirky little quote to embroider on her veil, I was so down!

Mainly because it's my job and what I love to do, but also because I love to hear the little stories behind the quotes/songs/images you choose

Em has since told me the story, and it's cute as hell, but I'll leave you all on that cliffe hanger 😉

Morale of my little story, no matter how unique your embroidery choices may be, they tell a story of you and your love story!
I will happily create this story into stitch...just so long as you tell me the fun little meaning behind your choices 🤍

Oh Alice 🤍

What a queen!

I had the absolute creative pleasure of working on this organza filled embroidered cape for the lovely Alice

Working together with my stockist I designed bespoke floral options to match the detail on Alice's dress to create a this statement of a cape!

Alice was so fantastic and pretty much gave me creative freedom, which resulted in botanical bliss on Italian tulle 👌🏽

One of my faves for sure!

Real Life Pearl Girl!

Ashley 🤍

If you ever wanted pearls, with more pearls and a pearl ontop, Ashley sure got the memo!

She chose to work closely with me and my lovely stockist to create a hybrid of our Coralia Veil

A heavy sprinkle of pearl clusters we're placed all over the Italian tulle and we finished it off with a full pearl clustered edge!

Every single pearl applied by hand using our floating pearl design 👌🏽

Ashley took pearls to a whole new level combining the two looks and making one huge impact!

On a side note, our new pearl Veil Ingrid will be joining boutiques soon because you can never have too many pearl Veils to try.

Creating a Story

Tulle & flo Designs was dreamt up from the imagination of Claire Elizabeth. Taught to sew by her Nana, she always dreamt of being able to create the designs in her mind a reality.

Working in a Bridal studio for 9 years helped make the decision that Veils and Accessories would be the route to go down, with the aspiration of eventually mixing in Bridal Separates and Gowns.

A Tulle & flo Bride is individual, unique, fun and chic. Creating all looks from timeless classic pearl veils to flamingo pink ombre bridal wings!
