Lucy's ultimate guide to making your Wedding Reception unique, engaging and full of fun!

1. Book an all day Wedding Host and DJ, and ensure you like what they do by meeting with them and discussing your day before committing.
2. Book Tom Coles Photography
3. Make sure there is a grand entrance to your reception space.
4. Consider fun activities to keep your guests engaged - Guest intro cards, song requests and the shoe game can be especially interactive and a great laugh.
5. How will speeches be organised?
6. Choose your tunes, including your First (and Last Dance), and trust your DJ to deliver these based on their experience.
7. Get uplighting and choose your colour scheme 🩷🤍
8. Get a guest to DJ, and try out a mix (without their drink!).
9. Book and Support Local Suppliers.
10. Enjoy the day you've been planning for ages, and relax knowing it's all taken care of.

For Weddings and Complex Events, we offer face to face and online consultations to discuss logistics and your preferences. Every event is unique and special, and so is planning yours!

OH MY GOODNESS!
From the bottom of our hearts, THANK YOU for supporting our fundraiser at Honicombe Holiday Village & Leisure Centre for the Kelliwik Under 8 (JM) Team, we smashed our target of £400 by raising an amazing £600!

Thank you to my wife and secretary of the team for doing a grand job at supporting the event, games and being my bingo caller from the hall in this very large venue!
Honicombe Holiday Village & Leisure Centre gave us a further £50 - thank you!
My Event Group - Tamar Valley, Cornwall are a sponsor of the team so gave this gig away for free and have topped up the £375 raised to £550 giving the team £600 - so wonderful to see coach Jason and the team in their training kits supporting the event - AMAZING 😍

Remember we Sing, Dance and Dab the Night away locally where all card sales are given away as prize money - look out for future Music Bingo events in the area.

Big thanks to Katie and Dan for inviting us to host Music Bingo at Clifford’s at Horizon Farm Shop - Our first night saw us introduce this concept, giving away £170+ over three games. Thank you to everyone that came to support the night 😍

We'll be back at Clifford's on the 21st November to Sing, Dance and Dab the night away, with three new games!

P.S Raving reviews on the food from some Music Bingo regulars, you need to go and try the chips.
