Trust the process….that’s my mantra when making wreaths of any kind. You need to build up an amazing textural base of foliages to support the icing on the cake - the flowers. These lovely ladies trusted the process and made these beauties!

SPRING WREATH WORKSHOPS
Create your own beautiful wreath using tulips, narcissi, feathers & foliage, quails eggs and natural accessories. Everything is included plus a cute cream tea before, during or after. £40 each, payable at the time of booking.

Final workshop of the year with these lovely ladies. They’ve been coming for years and all make the most amazing wreaths and are such a great bunch. We have a catch up, reminisce about when I made them try to make bows and parafilm the wires. Now it’s soooo easy 😂
I’ve loved making all the wreaths this year and thank you to the 145 people who came. It’s been a blast. Festive foliage wraps will be available from Monday. From £20, to make table centres and tablescapes for your Christmas table settings. Message for more info.

Table-centres - frosty limes or rich with oranges. These will be available for collection between 20th-22nd Dec. Made into a rustic wooden box they are ideal as can be moved around easily but add so much impact. Measuring approx 60cm long. £30 each.

Alternatively buy a kit to make at home with full instructions and all you need to create your own wreath. You can then add your own lights to make it really festive !!

Congratulations to E & D on their wedding this weekend. Having known E since I opened my shop in 2007 she was a weekly customer who always popped in on a Saturday morning for flowers and a chat. So it was a great privilege to be able to do her flowers for her wedding at the beautiful Staunton Harold Hall at the weekend. Hope you’re having the best time on your honeymoon !!

Wedding edit part 2. So many gorgeous photos but these are a few of my faves. Lots of love to my amazing friend who is the beautiful Mum of Holly & Bryony and made me honorary ‘Auntie J’ all those years ago. You and Michael should be so proud (I know you are). This day was filled with hand picked suppliers who made the venue look even more beautiful and a special thank you to Dan who tamed my bedraggled mop of hair after rushing around all morning. Very much appreciated!!

Wow! What a weekend. Working with the most fabulous flowers for an amazing family who I love dearly. Holly and Jack are just the loveliest couple and having a hand in creating their dream day was a true honour. I’ve known Holly from the day she was born and seen her transform from the friendliest child who gave the best ‘Holly Hugs’ into this stunning, accomplished young woman has been a real pleasure. Along with her beautiful sister Bryony and the cutest flower girl Piper. Meeting her friends and new family on the Hen of all Hens was just amazing. A weekend we will all never forget, followed by this amazing wedding .priory.
Still reliving the weekend now. Best wishes to you both. Doing flowers for the people you love is truly the best. ###
