The customer was kicking a new regime off with their carers and they will make sure to take meals out of the freezer in advance so they are ready for our customer to heat up in the evenings.
The latest batch was moussaka, squash and beef tagine, Moroccan chicken tagine , pork and beef ragu, Fish pie

A recent catering event for a funeral gave us double testimonials! One from the client and one from the venue… There was a wonderful turn out at the funeral for a well loved gentleman, with an expected 160 people turning into 200 people, but we managed to keep everyone catered for.

🇦🇺 We catered for a corporate lunch last week to celebrate (the business were bought by an Australian company last year, so thought it was a good idea). A barbecue in January we weren't doing! 😆

We started this new service as a result of a request for some freshly cooked frozen meals for a clients' 91 year old father - who has allergies/restricted diet and finds it very hard to find ready meals that cater for allergies in the supermarkets. Typical 4 meal based menu per month can include: Lamb moussaka, Pork Ragout, Venison Tagine and Moroccan chicken. We can also cater for Vegetarians. Area covered - Herts and Beds. Other choices available are dishes such as: Classic Fish Pie, Beef Bourguignon, Cottage Pie, Lamb Moussaka…Veg options: Ten Bean Chill and Rice, Mediterranean pasta bake, Roasted vegetable moussaka…more options coming soon - for more info on dishes available go to: https://clockhousecatering.co.uk/clockhouse-menus/hot-fork-buffet/ Minimum order applies - 1 month worth of 4 different meals a week which can be repeated over the 4 weeks, so it would be the same meal 4 days x 4 types.
