🎄Two recent bookings: St Hugh of Lincoln Catholic Church - They have enjoyed our food and service for 3 years now. Booking us every year in the Spring for Christmas. 🎄

🎁Then Christmas Dinner was served at lunchtime for an independent living community of flats in Baldock. This was designed to get them together for social events. They have booked Clockhouse Catering for next December as well! 🥰

"The Clockhouse catering team made our Christmas party even more special.
The food was presented perfectly, the turkey was moist with fluffy yet crispy potatoes. The food kept hot throughout the party.
The catering team were such a lovely group of women who made the over all experience much more magical by going the extra mile for our customers and staff.
All our customers enjoyed having their first Christmas dinner and loved the traditional Christmas pudding with Brandy sauce.
The options for vegetarians and the fresh fruit and cream alternative pudding was truly above and beyond.

🥦We’re getting more orders for our freshly frozen ready meals - the latest order was for batch of 5 meals after our customer has found it so helpful to have delicious home-cooked meals readily available in the freezer.

The customer was kicking a new regime off with their carers and they will make sure to take meals out of the freezer in advance so they are ready for our customer to heat up in the evenings.

A recent catering event for a funeral gave us double testimonials! One from the client and one from the venue… There was a wonderful turn out at the funeral for a well loved gentleman, with an expected 160 people turning into 200 people, but we managed to keep everyone catered for.

🇦🇺 We catered for a corporate lunch last week to celebrate (the business were bought by an Australian company last year, so thought it was a good idea). A barbecue in January we weren't doing! 😆
So instead on the menu was:
🔥slow cooked braised bbq beef sliders
🔥bbq pork ribs
🔥macaroni cheese
🔥coleslaw & potato salads

👍 ...It went down a treat.
