The most gorgeous woodland wedding for Jemma & Lorelei last October! 😍😍

Such a pleasure to work with this lovely couple and their ideas to create their wedding cake for their Forest wedding in the tree house tucked in the woods in beautiful Beaulieu, New Forest. 🌲🍁🍂

Their Vegan wedding cake was made up of yummy tiers of Lemon & Poppyseed, Vanilla & Raspberry and Double Chocolate. 😋😍

The most stunningly gorgeous flowers from filled the tree houses with vibrant colours and incredible scents. ❤️🧡💛💜💚

Russian Honey Cake for James and Adelina last spring! 🥞🍓🫐

I always love trying new recipes and I was thrilled to be asked to create this traditional Russian cake for this couples special day at Rhinefield House Hotel .🥞🍓🫐

The cake tires are made up of lots of very thin pancake style Honey cake layers (See 2nd image) which were layered with buttercream layers (adapted the recipe which traditionally uses fresh cream so the cake could be displayed for longer) 🥞😍

Fresh berries and roses decorated with the frosted tiers. 🍓🫐🌹

Happy New Year Everyone!

Still lots of lovely cakes to share from some of last year's fabulous weddings so today I thought I'd look back at this beautiful one I create for Grace and Matthew's autumnal wedding at the magestic Rhinefield House Hotel in October in the heart of the New Forest. 🌲❤️🌲

This lovely couple chose a two tier textured iced cake made up with a Vanilla & Strawberry 🍓 lower tier and Chocolate Orange 🍫🍊top tier.
Alongside several gluten free and Vegan cupcakes.

Corbins Florist supplied beautiful autumnal fresh flowers which I arranged and attached to their cake in clusters when I delivered on their wedding day. ❤️🧡💚

Rhinefield House Hotel is a truly stunning venue in all seasons but in Autumn is my personal fav! The gorgeous colours in the Rhinefield grounds and Ornamental Drive this time of year are an extra special treat. 🌲🍁🍂❤️🧡💚

Last Wedding Cake of 2024!
Such a gorgeous wedding cake to finish off the year! Congratulations Danni and Chris who celebrated their Christmas wedding at the magical Burley Manor.
Christmas trees, roaring log fires and twinkly lights with rich greens and deep reds - Sooo Gorgeous! 😍🎄🌹✨❄️.

Silky smooth buttercream two tier Vanilla & Strawberry cakes with piped loop design, tiny sugar flowers and deep red silk flowers. 🌹

Hi Everyone! Hope you are all having a lovely week!

Today I thought I'd share this wedding cake I had the pleasure of making back in July for Viraz and Chandni, where they celebrated their wedding in a beautiful unique venue at The Gridshell Barn at Weald & Downland Museum in the South Downs. Weald & Downland Living Museum

With a lower tier of Cherry Bakewell (my fav! 😋), Cappuccino and Vanilla & Strawberry, softly swirled with buttercream frosting.
I sourced and decorated the tiers with lovely realistic artificial gypsophila flower sprigs as a crown around the base of each tier.

I know I shouldn't have favourites! ....but I think Grace & George's vintage Lambeth style wedding cake from Last November is definitely up there with one of my all time favs so I couldn't resist re posting! 😍.

It looked quite the centre piece displayed in the gorgeous bay window in the Grand Hall at Rhinefield House Hotel framed with Little Lillies fabulous floral Moon Arch. 😍

Pretty in pink Baptism cake for Sophia last weekend. 💕💗

After creating this couples wedding cake back at the beginning of 2023, I then had the pleasure of creating a beautiful baby shower cake for Sally & Joe before they welcomed their baby daughter earlier this year. 💕💗

I was thrilled when Sally then asked me to create baby Sophia's Baptism cake! 💕💗

Sally chose a yummy Lemon & Passionfruit flavour cake, which was one of the flavours the couple had also chosen in their wedding cake tiers. 💕💗

Last month saw a return to the gorgeous Rhinefield House Hotel for the wonderful wedding of Deborah & Sam 🌼🌿🌻

After meeting this lovely couple at a previous wedding show, I was thrilled when they chose to book me to create their wedding cake. 🌼🌿🌻

Three tiers finished in silky smooth buttercream, which I then dressed with flowers left for me from the lovely Corbins Florist .
Fresh roses, mini sunflowers and bay leaves were arranged in cascading clusters down the tiers alongside little sprigs of faux Hypericum berries to match with the couples bridal bouquets, venue and table arrangements. 🌼🌿🌻

When the cake was served, their guests were able to enjoy a choice of flavours of Zesty Lemon 🍋 or Chocolate Fudge 🍫

Romantic vibes and 'Quicksand' Roses for Charlotte & Kurtis's dreamy wedding at Rhinefield House Hotel last month! 💗

Always a pleasure to work with Exclusively Weddings & Owen Lavin and I was especially looking forward to this one when I found out this lovely couple had chosen my fav Quicksand Roses for their special day. 🥰

Delicious cake flavours of Chocolate & Baileys, Lemon & Passionfruit and Cherry Bakewell were the flavours chosen by this couple. 😋

Their beautiful wedding cake sat pride of place in the stunning grand hall bay window. Where it sat framed under 's fabulous moon arch! 😍

Absolutely loved these tall cylinder vases display table centre pieces from - what a perfect way to show off those roses! 🙌😍

The couple were able to enjoy a beautiful outdoor ceremony in the late summer sunshine before returning inside for their wedding breakfast and evening celebrations.
The amazing events team and lovely Mrs Toastmaster were on hand throughout the day to make sure Charlotte & Kurtis's wedding was as magical as they had planned. 🥰

It was a pleasure to work with these stunning flowers left for me from Lucy Business Is Blooming to decorate this lovely wedding cake to match their beautiful florals which dressed this lovely venue. - Such delish colours! 💗💗

Tiers of yummy Red Velvet, Carrot Cake and Zesty Lemon were hidden beneath the textured white icing. 💗💗

New Design! ...

I love a big supersized big blousy bow! ...and with bows being big in the bridal & wedding world right now - thought I'd create this new pretty three tier design wrapped in a silky textured sugar iced bow! 🎀
Opted for pure white & simplicity for this one but it can be adapted however you wish, maybe adding a coloured icing, little lustre shimmer on the bow or personalised to suit your taste. 🎀

This design proved popular on my display at the gorgeous Rhinefield House Hotel wedding show last weekend and it was lovely to hear such wonderful comments. 🥰
I had a great day, meeting & chatting to couples planing their special day and always a pleasure to work with the fabulous event team and catch up with some of my amazing wedding supplier friends. 🎀

Wow! Not quite sure how we are in October already! So many wonderful wedding cakes still to share with you from this year. 🥰- Today I thought I'd share this lovely cake I created for Elizabeth and James's fabulous wedding at Castle Goring Events Castle Goring back at the end of August. With its gorgeous late summer/autumn vibes it seemed like a good one to welcome in the new month! 🍃🌿

The semi naked frosted upper tiers sat on a lower tier woodland log style iced cake, with carved initials heart. I arranged this cascade of the most gorgeous toffee roses and olive leaf supplied from Bunch Florist Chichester. I first met this lovely couple at a wedding showcase hosted by the lovely bunch team inside their amazing floral heaven florist shop in the heart of Chichester last year. 🌿🍃

Alternate tiers of Lemon & Elderflower 🍋 and Cherry Bakewell🍒 were the delish flavours of choice for this one!

My first visit to this beautiful venue and it didn't disappoint! - The couple said their vows inside the magnificent castle, followed by yummy ice cream🍦from Caravanilla and celebrated with their reception in the pretty marquee in the castle grounds. 🌿🌱

Delicate sugar flowers, happy little bees & cute butterflies tumbled down the sides of this delish two tier 'English Rose' soft pink iced cake with piped pearls. 🌸🌺🦋🐝🐞🌸

Drumroll please for my widest cake EVER! 🥁🍰🥁🍰🥁........

Mina & Jub certainly set me a challenge with their humongous Wedding cake earlier this year for their beautiful wedding at the fabulous Northbrook Park🍰🍓🫐🍓

Their giant wow - factor 24" diameter berry burst desert wedding cake was quite a show stopper. 🍰🍓🫐🍓

Constructed on site from four separate semi -circles of Vanilla cake 1/4's layered with fluffy buttercream and strawberry jam. Piled high with seasonal fresh berries to serve as desert following the couple's delish wedding breakfast from the wonderful team at Vanilla Catering and Events. 🍰🍓🫐🍓
