It was lovely to visit the Autumn Wedding Fair at Crown Hotel Blandford and meet all the exhibitors and introduce myself. and catch up with Laura who had organised another great Fair

We are really happy to announce that we will be organising the Spring Wedding Fair at on Sunday 6th April.
More details to follow.
The Hotel is hosting their Autumn Wedding Fair on Sunday 6th October so why not go along and meet the wonderful wedding professionals who will be there.

I was asked recently what is involved with organising a Wedding Fair?
Where to start.... hours of admin, emailing, chasing up emails, replying to emails, chasing up emails.
Phone calls to prospective exhibitors and suppliers
Visits to the venue, meetings with venue managers.. more visits to venues
More emails, chasing up emails.
More phone calls to exhibitors and suppliers
Design and planning social media posts, replying to social media messages, chasing up social media messages
Site layout planning, more emails, redoing site layout plans
More advertising and social media posts
Design and print of posters, banners, flyers - putting up and distributing of posters banners and flyers
Emails, chasing up emails
Another edit to venue layout...more emails
And so the list goes on... and then on the day - or should I say night before... laying up the venue, checking the layout plan - last minutes amendments
THEN ON THE DAY... a wonderful feeling at how lovely the exhibitors are, how good the venue looks and excitement at meeting all the visitors and hearing their plans
and dreams for their big day
The day after... sleep...then start planning all over again....
BUT... I love it and love the people I am lucky to meet ♥
