The Next Chapter
Chef Sarah Lewis has been involved with the catering industry for the past 12 years, In that time she has worked in many hotels, coffee shops and events organisations finally launching her own independent business in 2014. Her first venture being a award winning vintage tearoom based in rural Staffordshire quickly followed alongside by her outside catering business Polka Dot Catering.
Word soon spread about her glowing outside catering reputation and Sarah was able to combine her event management experience from university and catering to work on all types of events for the public, private and corporate market.
In 2018 Sarah was able to acquire and renovate several catering and bar trailers to her high standards and the fleet was born! Sarah was also lucky to have won several contracts at classic car and music festival events attracting over 10,000 - 15,000 people each to try out the vehicles and menu’s.
