Fantastic - well done Emmaus Hampshire and thank you Danny Chambers MP for supporting Wi******er Green Week

We were delighted that the Rt Honorable Danny Chambers; MP for Wi******er; officially launched our Carbon Calculator in Green Week. Danny spoke to our Companion John J who developed the Carbon Calculator; which measures how much CO2e; is saved by buying from Emmaus; opposed to buying new.
In the last 12 months we have saved a staggering 458;000 kilograms of CO2e by selling pre loved and upcycled products in our stores. Our Green Week; Community Open Day is this Thursday Sept 26th. Please join us for Free Coffee and Cake and explore our Green credentials first hand

What is Wi******er Green Week

September 27th to October 4th

Wi******er Green Week we will be showing how #doingmoretogether can improve the environment and work to reverse climate change. Together we can have a massive effect.

It is a week of virtual talks, activities and events to learn ways of making a positive change, share success stories and bring others on board.

Sponsored by a collaboration of organisations who care about the environment so that the residents of Wi******er and District have the tools, knowledge and community to help build a better future. The organisations include WinACC, the University of Wi******er, Churches Together in Wi******er, Wi******er Cathedral, Wi******er City Council and Hampshire County council
