Good morning flower friends, it’s been a while! But I’m back here with some exciting news about this year’s Christmas wreath workshops I’m running!!
Very pleased to say the lovely team have kindly let me use their beautiful Threshing Barn space to host three sessions to get creative!

The first is Thursday 5th December at 6:30pm then two more on Saturday 7th at 11am then another in the afternoon starting at 2:30pm. Each session will last around 2 hours and include all the ingredients you need to create a beautiful festive wreath. Fresh, seasonal foliages, dried flowers, pine cones, natural decorations and luxury velvet and silk ribbons to finish with a flourish. Obviously there will be some festive touches to help get us in the spirit - mulled wine and juice, mince pies and by that point I may have accepted it’s ok to play some festive tunes! Places are £65 and limited to 10 people per session so email or DM me to get your spot secured.

I know it still feels early even if everyone else advertised theirs in August, but I did drive past the first lot of Christmas lights outside someone’s house last night so I thought I really should get the word out! Otherwise it’ll be me, the Yard team and a lot of mulled wine!! Which actually, on reflection, wouldn’t be a bad thing at all!

If you can’t make those dates and fancy getting a group of friends together I could always come to you…email me to discuss the details! And finally, if you’re just too busy or your creative side is not your finest strength and you’d just like me to make you a wreath then my order books are open!

Happy bank holiday flower friends 🌻
I use the ‘holiday’ word loosely given that most of my fellow suppliers will have been doing quite the opposite this weekend but hopefully there’s a few hours of downtime on the horizon this afternoon! 😴 Somehow we’ve made it through the summer, a very short, crazy whirlwind of a summer crammed with lots of beautiful weddings. It’s absolutely flown by and I can’t quite believe I’m now about to get stuck into a crazy busy September…I’m not quite ready for it to be Autumn really but Mother Nature seems to be marching on through the seasons and there’s a definite autumnal feel creeping in. Good morning flower friends! Sun is shining here and I’m just off to to clear down yesterday’s wedding. Seeing as I was rubbish at getting any pics from yesterday I thought I’d post this from one of my favourite shoots at the barns by . Colourful summer flowers, bright turquoise candles, a beautiful table set up and the most incredible food from working with lovely Laura , and on the stationery. It’s been a month of meadows, which is certainly no bad thing! These fresh whites and greens for Claire & Jack I lined the aisle with smaller meadows, interspersed with candles from then created a big statement meadow around the base of the Elmore angels as a ceremony backdrop. After the ceremony we moved them all across to the ends of the tables, as a backdrop for the gorgeous cake by and at the entrance on the card table, proof if you needed it how versatile the meadow arrangements are. Meadows for miles! There’s top table flowers and then there’s TOP table flowers! Loved creating these meadows for Kate & Will’s wedding today, huge congratulations to you both. We used individual meadows down the aisle for the ceremony then lined them all up in front of the top table which looked blinkin epic if I say so myself! Lush colours too with hot cerise pinks, lilacs and blues. “It was all a dream”….But I’m pretty sure it was real as I’ve still got the aching muscles after an epic few days floralling up for this gorgeous Midsummer Night’s Dream inspired wedding in a beaut marquee from . Obviously we couldn’t not do a fluffy flower cloud, along with hanging foliage garlands, a mega entrance arch, lots of little bottles of flowers and foliage garlands on the table.
