Our offices are now closed until 6th January 2025
Any bookings taking place during this time will still have access to our technical support service, and limited support for delivery and collections, all other customer queries and contact will not be responded to until after 6th Jan
Customers can continue to manage bookings via the portal, any access issue or password reset will be dealt with in January
A big thank you to our teams who’ve worked really hard delivering our busiest year yet, and to all our customers who’ve trusted us with their events this year
We understand we haven’t always got it right this year and working with our team and advisors have created some big plans to make our service even better
We look forward to an even better 2025 kicking off with some big changes that we know our customers and team will LOVE based on the learnings we’ve had this year ❤️
