Urgent - Re: Email System

Due to an upgrade in our email system taking place over 3rd Feb and into 4th Feb emails sent to us may bounce back or be undelivered. We will not be able to send or receive emails.

The customer portal however will remain active and support tickets can be raised and responded to there for all customers.

We apologise for any inconvenience - we wanted to reassure you we are not ignoring anyone but physically cannot read or respond to emails through this time.

We will update this post once the email system is restored.

We’re excited to announce that BoothIY is now under new management, marking a fresh start and a renewed focus on delivering the exceptional experience you deserve. With a new leadership team in place, we’re already making changes to ensure we exceed your expectations moving forward.

The customer portal is currently down and has been for a few days now. Our service provider had assured us it would be back up and running by Wednesday evening, but are now advising it could be Monday before it’s back up fully.

We apologise for any inconvenience, and will advise again once we have confirmation it is back up and fully operational.

Once the portal is back up all bookings can be viewed and managed using the portal.

We hope you all have a lovely Christmas and fantastic New Year

Our offices are now closed until 6th January 2025

Any bookings taking place during this time will still have access to our technical support service, and limited support for delivery and collections, all other customer queries and contact will not be responded to until after 6th Jan

Customers can continue to manage bookings via the portal, any access issue or password reset will be dealt with in January

A big thank you to our teams who’ve worked really hard delivering our busiest year yet, and to all our customers who’ve trusted us with their events this year

We understand we haven’t always got it right this year and working with our team and advisors have created some big plans to make our service even better

We look forward to an even better 2025 kicking off with some big changes that we know our customers and team will LOVE based on the learnings we’ve had this year ❤️

We have completed our annual price review and from 1st April our prices will be changing for new bookings

The new prices will take affect from 1st April 2024

Any new bookings, or upgrades purchased on or before 31st March 2024 will be at the current rates

With any new pricing we are trying to minimise the impact on our customers and absorb as much as those increased costs as we can to maintain our budget friendly service
