Gary Moore, launched his own business in April 2003, after working most of his life in either 5 star or rosetted establishments. He has been privileged to have cooked at functions for heads of states, politicans & celebrities including being invited to become a member of the team that catered for the opening of the Scottish Parliament. Often having catered for up to 2500 he brings his expertise to

your special event. Catering from marquees to halls to event centres to clients premises to your home. Providing a truly unique and flexible service, with bespoke menus and beverage packages tailored for all budgets and requirements. Catering for unlimited numbers in a wide range of venues and locations. We can provide anything from a bacon roll to a 5 star banquet, from a hog roast to a chocolate fountain. Whether an intimate occasion for friends and family, a wedding, celebration dinner or entertaining corporate guests, Gary Moore Catering will draw on the experience of a dedicated team of personnel in order to make your event truly exceptional. Every event is treated individually so that menus, service style and budgets can be tailor-made to meet customer's specific requirements. Whether it is a simple finger buffet, banquet, sit-down meal, carvery, cold buffet, barbecue or simply canapés to celebrate a special occasion.

A couple weeks ago I have the privilege & Pleasure of catering for Meg & Ross @ Wedderlie House .They chose a menu totally bespoke to their big day .

Work is mainly on a Saturday , applicants must be able to work on these days , & must be reliable.Experience preferred , wage depends on age & experience

We operate in various locations marquees , venues , halls etc , transport will be offered to & from Galashiels
