Destination Representation is a multi service representation company, originally specialising in travel event management and fulfilment, connecting Destinations with the UK travel trade via training and networking events. We can be anything from a helping hand with your events to an extension of your office. We pride ourselves on creating and delivering innovative and unique training events for the travel industry.

One of the absolute highlights from my trip to Stockholm had to be the visit to the ABBA The Museum I mean who doesn't love ABBA?
Tip: Book tickets in advance and stick to your time slot. This system allows you to enjoy your interaction with the exhibition.

One thing I've loved about Stockholm is the pure comfort food. I've been under the weather and each dish has been a hug on a plate. I was warned it was expensive but to be honest it's really just London prices. Some of the delights have been cinnamon rolls, moose stew, reindeer balls and lashings of mash potatoes.

After the fun of Boston this Monday (my,my) brings the excitement of Stockholm for 72hrs. Tickets for the ABBA museum secured, haunted walk around the city booked but do hit me with any other gems to spend my money, money, money on, as I pretend it's a rich man's world!! As always I will be sure to share my adventures as a solo traveller in Sweden.

After the excitement of drag diva bingo brunch, the final day in Boston was slightly more relaxed although equally as action packed.
From Sunday brunch in one of Boston's top restaurants Krasi (Greek vibes) to Christmas markets to a Boston Tea Party.
So many things we didn't do on our 5 day Boston adventure but hopefully plenty to give you some inspiration to Meet Boston in person. Cheers Boston.

Day 4 Boston was all about Beacon Hill, house envy, markets and drag queens!
Oh and a lobster 🦞 roll.
This City certainly packs big on variety.
Time Out Boston is a little foodie gem and hosts pop up events including drag diva bingo. Certainly worth checking out and a visit.

There was definitely a foodie Friday vibe going down in Boston today!
Ticked off the Oyster and Clam Chowder and also the traditional American hamburger. From Irish pub to the oldest restaurant in the USA to trendy bistro on Newbury Street. Boston keeps delivering 👏

Day 2 of Boston and it was perfect weather for ducks, literally!
Being Thanksgiving the streets were wonderfully quiet and we managed to get some steps and site's into our morning.
Embracing our holiday home a traditional Thanksgiving dinner was a must. Loving an attraction, the combination of the famous Cheers bar and the classic Hampshire House Hotel was a great choice.
I have to say the choice to stay in the Back Bay district was a great one, a lovely area but so easy to get around.

Day 1 of the Boston adventure, waking up to this stunning view
Salem was top of our lists and a super easy train ride and very quick (about $8 return). Ideally we would prefer to go by boat but that is a seasonal option. Unfortunately we didn't book a walking tour, which I would recommend, but the locals were very chatty and the town easy to self guide.
Arriving back to Boston we squeezed in a trip to Assembly Row for a little retail teaser before black friday.
Our day had to end with a visit to an Irish pub, it is Boston after all.

Just letting you all know that the office will be closed from Tuesday 26th November to Tuesday 3rd December as me (Debbie) and a couple of familiar travel faces will be off on a trip to celebrate Thanksgiving in Boston.
Barkley will be available on the emergency phone and Ruth will be on hand promoting our events but the main office will be closed. I can't wait to share the Boston adventure with you and please do keep signing up for our 2025 events.

BirmGINham Destination Wedding Training Academy 5th February lunch, learn and bond with our amazing suppliers. Running 10.30 to 2.30pm we have a great range of hosts for you to meet including Paradise Promotions Marketing Ltd Antigua and Barbuda Tourism Coral Beach Hotel & Resort Sandals Resorts UK Mar-Bella Collection British Virgin Islands - UK and Ras al Khaimah showcasing some really unique venues. Invitations will be landing next week, spaces are limited to ensure maximum bonding with your hosts.
