School disco this evening, the school asked for a haze machine so we happily dug it out and dusted it off. It’s a shame venues can’t / don’t allow them any more as they do make the lights look lovely.

Natalie and Paul are Download festival veterans. Rock / Punk / Emo music dominated their wedding reception.
The dance floor energy all night was simply amazing, and I had a blast.
Thank you to all the people that came up as the night was unfolding with comments such as “mate, you’re smashing this” and “ DJ you’re knocking this out the park!”.
Paul the groom gave a mid set speech to say how amazing Andy and Kirsty are (The venue owners) and to thank them for everything.
I agree with him, The Weddings in Kent venue is pretty special thanks to those two and the team they have working behind the scenes.

Jason got to play at a beautiful wedding venue yesterday for Claire & Robs vowel renewal - Bilsington Priory Weddings
Such friendly staff who even took time to give the children a guided history tour and explained the buildings connection to the D-Day landings.
The children then challenged me to play darts players walk on music by just naming the darts player, luckily being a darts fan / player I had that covered. One thought he had me cornered with the MVG - Pink Floyd / White Stripes combo, in returned for my knowledge he reward me with a dessert.

After months of moulding, sanding and many layers of fibreglass the KnightBar has finally been added to the Jambulance where the emergency lights used to be.
Anyone who’s a certain age will understand why we called it the KnightBar.
Really looking forward to getting out and playing tunes at all the school sports days, fetes and outside parties booked this year, more than we expected too and still getting enquiries.

Bright marquee numbers are a nightmare for DJs trying to build a dance floor as they take away the atmosphere by being brighter than the sun.
Good news!!!! - Our LED birthday numbers were built by us with dimmable bulbs.
We set them on high as guests arrive and lower them as the evening progresses.

Wednesday - was a standard disco day.
Thursday - A UV glow in the dark disco, Ultra Violet lighting added.
Friday - A valentines disco / pink & red uplighting added.
