We have been so busy so far this year!

Here is an update on what has been going on internally so far in 2024 📖

It has been a record year so far for us in terms of bookings, with an estimated 400 events to be carried out through 2024, it is going to be an extremely busy year for our team

So far this year we have increased our number of staff and vehicles to make sure that all events can continue to go smoothly, with these improvements we are now able to handle up to 5 events per day. Keeping our prices low and competitive are essential for us to ensure that we get plenty of bookings to allow for our staff to have stable jobs, and to maintain our mission of offering high-quality event services to our customers at a reasonable and fair price without adding the infamous "wedding tax"

Throughout this year we plan to improve all of our current equipment to stay ahead of the game, with the latest photo booths, audio guestbooks, and upcoming trends

Thank you for sticking with us over the years, we're looking forward to meeting many of you at your weddings, birthdays and corporate events through April and beyond ❤️

We believe that you should feel safe and secure when booking with any events company

The average lead time between making a booking with an events company and the date of an event is 251 days, meaning that you need to be confident that the company you are booking with is responsible with your booking

Here are 7 reasons why you can feel safe when booking with us:

🟢 1. Deposit Refund Policy.
We take a £50 deposit to book you in, but if you change your mind, you have 24 hours to request a full refund

🟢 2. Event Date Changes.
Sometimes events don't go to plan, if you need to change your event date, we are happy to do so free of charge, subject to availability

🟢 3. Venue Changes.
It isn't uncommon for venues to change leading up to the event, we are happy to change your venue free of charge (subject to travel costs if the new venue is further away)

🟢 4. Experience.
We nearly have a decade of experience in the industry, rare for a photo booth company! We know how things work and have catered to 1000s of events, over 100s of venues. We have probably already worked with your venue. Our client area with over half a million photos proves this!

🟢 5. Supporting Charity.
Your booking supports good causes, we work with a variety of charity partners to help make the world a better place, we can't do this without you! Find out more about our charity partners on our website

🟢 6. Pay on Your Terms.
We don't ask for any payments other than the deposit before your event, meaning that if you like, you can even pay us in person on the day of the event to ensure absolute confidence and safety with your money. We can accept payments by card, over the phone, bank transfer, or cash in hand. Or, just login to our website and make a payment towards your booking. We're very flexible to ensure that you are comfortable

🟢 7. Documents
Your venue may ask you to provide your supplier's public liability and PAT testing documents, unfortunately it is not uncommon for companies to not have these important documents, putting you into a difficult situation with your venue. Our documents can be found publicly on our website for you to easily pass to your venue without fuss

Gift of a Wedding is an amazing charity organisation that works with couples who have life-shortening or terminal illnesses who wish to marry

Gift of a Wedding believes that everyone should have the chance to have their dream wedding day, which also aligns with our mission, making them the perfect charity for us to work with ❤

Throughout the year, we will provide some of our services to terminally ill people working with Gift of a Wedding for free, helping to make their special day become a reality 🥰

Quite simply, our charity is about bringing joy, love and happiness to those with terminal or life-shortening illness.
