Hi I'm Jules of Emerge Events and I wanted to start 2025 off by sharing a bit about myself and my company. I am a mum of 2 and I lecture in Business Management at the University of Gloucestershire. I often have people saying how impressed they are with the team who organise an event such as the Gloucester Prison Alternative Market, which makes me really proud - because the organisational team is essentially ME 😁 I have a fabulous bank of day staff to assist delivery and great marketing support; but all the conceptual stuff, event design and organising is down to yours truly. Winning Event Planner of the year in 2024 was a turning point for me, adding credibility to the work I do. I put 100% effort into every event I deliver and remain committed to the goal of bringing genuinely exceptional and unique events to Gloucestershire.

I've booked the lovely George Watson Memorial Hall in Tewkesbury on 27th April for the next Alternative Wedding Fair - this is a wedding fair with a twist. Applications are now open for those businesses who offer something for non-traditional weddings.
