PRIDE: Singing On Back The Good Times

Formed in 2006, PRIDE consists of KJ & Dan, both on lead and harmony vocals. KJ had been performing as a solo artist for many years prior to this with her tribute to Karen Carpenter show while Dan had kept his voice pretty much hidden with only a privileged few having heard him.

With entertainment firmly in mind, we not only bring our vocals to our show but also a real sense of fun and personality. Performing songs from the 1950s right up to the present day, our show supports plenty of audience interaction and a full dancefloor. PRIDE are suitable for every audience or occasion and once the music starts, it doesn't stop! Our vocal versatility means that we can provide the perfect entertainment for a variety of functions and venues so whether you are looking for a quiet evening of love songs or a mixture of modern day and classic hits, PRIDE are the perfect duo for you. We are constantly learning new material for all our events and also take the time to learn special requests, wherever possible.

We also perform regularly in Care Homes within the East Anglia region and not only entertain the Residents at the Homes we perform in, but interact with them as well. We see first-hand just how rewarding music therapy can be and try to include everyone as much as we can and as much as they are able or want to. We are also very experienced with performing for Dementia and Alzheimer’s Residents and always take our cue from the staff regarding sound levels and safety issues.

We are fully self-contained with an excellent PA and lighting system and can be booked as a stand-alone evening (we will provide background music in-between sets) or as part of a package including other options we have available. We hold Public Liability Insurance and all our equipment meets the necessary safety requirements and is annually PAT tested with copies of our insurance and PAT certificates available on request.
