Loved cooking tonight and eating Alfresco in a shaded spot in the garden, Wild Salmon on a bed of oven roasted potatoes with green beans and red peppers, served with a homemade creamy white wine, shallots, chilli , garlic and pepper sauce ... Bon Appetite!

Loved cooking tonight and trying out Tender Pork Loin marinated in garlic, seasoning, lemon juice... pan fried and served with oven roasted baby potatoes with coriander, green beans and sliced red peppers, with a rich red wine and sliced button mushroom, diced shallot reduced sauce.. l found a spot in the garden sheltered from the wind and Bon Appetite!

For all my friends and those not acquainted with Mr Brown... l have good news after years of working on my Children's or possibly young adult book, l am at last nearing the final stage of trying to get my book completed... with the help of friends and also a professional editor l am feeling positive that at last the story of Mr.Brown and the museum of childhood will be well received .... and a publisher will be found.
